The staff were very friendly . On our arrival there were nice vetkoek for us to eat. We really appreciate it because it was very cold. Thank you .

The place was nice and cozy but a bit small in the bathroom. There was just enough place for our 2 dogs to sleep but enough for us to move around.

The definitely have an experience in running this type of business. we booked small beds because of Ramaphosa economy, but the owner upgraded us seeing we have small children..at no immediate cost. i will pay when i pass there next time..most definately

If I could give this place a million stars, I would. The traditional rating system simply does not justify the spectacular experience my dog and I had here. The elite service started two full days before my check-in date. The team reached out proactively to ensure my "fur child" would have everything he needed for a comfortable stay. From that exact moment until the second we departed, the communication and care were flawless. Upon arrival, we received the warmest, most genuinely friendly greeting. What blew me away was that my dog was showered with just as much love and enthusiasm as I was. The staff immediately provided him with fresh food and water, making him feel like a VIP guest. As for the accommodation, it was outstanding. The room was incredibly spacious, sparkling clean, and beautifully modern. Because we were travelling during a harsh, freezing winter, the team had thoughtfully pre-heated the entire room before our arrival. Walking into a cozy, warm sanctuary after a long trip was the ultimate touch of hospitality. Finding truly pet-friendly accommodation can be stressful, but this property sets the gold standard. I highly recommend anyone travelling with their dog to book here immediately. We will absolutely be back!

The added treat of some fresh ‘vetkoek’ was great ! Our host also checked in on us before we got there. Very friendly and the suggestion of the restaurant was perfect.
