Przede wszystkim widok!!! Blisko do Starego Miasta pieszo, bo około 10 min (spokojnym krokiem). Poza tym dobrze działająca klimatyzacja, łóżko było bardzo wygodne, dużo ręczników, ciepła woda, suszarka do włosów, suszarka na balkonie. Blisko sklep spożywczy. Gospodarz bardzo miły/bez zarzutu.
Duża ilość schodów do apartamentu i na plażę była pewnym problemem, ale w końcu to Dubrownik. Przynajmniej poprawiliśmy kondycję. Mogłoby być trochę więcej naczyń, ale też daliśmy radę.

The location is close to the old town which is a big bonus.. there is Studenac a standard grocery store close by that also saves loads of cost. Nik as a host is super helpful and informative. The house is accessible through a steep array of steps which are like a cardio exercise for the body every day. People with any issues with regards to legs should avoid the same. In a small space Nik has provided everything that u need for a decent and comfortable stay.
The handles of the washroom and kitchen door need some maintenance. Some bowls can be added

Z właścicielem obiektu był bardzo dobry kontakt. Pokoje były czyste, lokalizacja bardzo dobra - blisko do starego miasta. Z balkonu był piękny widok na stare miasto i na wyspę Lokrum. Idealny apartament dla pary ;)
W okolicy jest remont, ale nie jest uciążliwy.
