Kot prvo mi je bila všeč komunikacija z gostitelji preko whats up-a. Lahko si jih vprašal karkoli in so takoj odgovorili. Poslali so nam tudi termin kdaj bo prišel vrtnar počistiti bazen. Všeč so mi bila vsa navodila, ki so jih poslali preko maila za check in, za prevzem ključa, za lokacijo hiše, za ločevanje odpadkov, za uporabo same hiše. Okolica hiše je bila urejena, bazen lep in čist, uporabljali smo lahko zunanjo kuhinjo in žar. Hiša je bila lepo očiščena ob našem prihodu.

Notranjost hiše bi bilo potrebno počasi malo prenoviti (kopalnico - tuš kabino). V kuhinji je ogromno posode, nožev in ostale opreme, ki so potrebne menjave. Predvsem lonci.

La piscina y todo el equipamiento de la casa, no le faltaba de nada.

Que el camino para entrar a la zona era bastante estrecho, por lo que un coche muy grande no entra. La parte más de vegetación (césped, entre otros) le faltaba un poco más de cuidado y las hamacas sucias o manchadas imagino de anteriores clientes o de la propia lluvia.

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, tolle Außenküche, viele Kerzen und Lichter. Zitronenbäume direkt am Haus, Außenpool mit Liegen, gute Verwaltung, Vermieter kümmert sich schnell bei Problemen

Der Vermieter/Personal des Vermieters betritt ohne vorherige Ankündigung das Grundstück und sogar in unserer Abwesenheit das angemiete Ferienhaus (angeblich um einen Geschirrspüler zu reparieren, der aber eigentlich schon repariert war). Den Müll muss man beim Austug komplett in öffentliche Müllcontainer entsorgen. Weil wir den Müll nur in die Müllbehälter auf dem Grundstück entsorgt hatten, wurden uns 100 Eur nachträglich in Rechnung gestellt. Bei starkem Regen hat es durch das Hausdach reingeregnet. Es stand eine Pfütze im Schlafraum.
