Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß und sauber.Tolle Lage,sehr nahe am Strand und zum Zentrum.
Eine Toilette kann man nicht abschließen,die Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine laufen viel zu lange ( ca. 3 Stunden,weil man nicht weiß, welches das kürzeste Programm ist) Vielleicht einen Zettel dran hängen. Das erspart dem Vermieter Geld und man kürzer Waschen.

Mooie ruime villa. We waren met 6 maar hebben eigenlijk alleen maar buiten "geleefd". Met de gehuurde fietsjes ben je zo in de oude stad.

Villa was self catering, location was good. Took about 15 mins to walk into Alcudia main town but there where other restaurants/cafe nearer
Satellite TV either Spanish or German. NO DVD player , lack of furniture in main room. There were 6 of us so perhaps a few single armchairs would help. Main gate lock was a nightmare needs to be changed. There were no mosquito blinds on any of the windows, albeit there were window slates, but having them closed cut down the light available.

Pool was nice, welcome drink was nice, location was fine.
Get rid of cockroaches and maybe leave some instructions about conditioneers or fix them. Showers were bad, pipes leaking. Leave more toiletpaper.
