Der Mieter muss die Grundreinigung vornehmen, obwohl im vertrag für die Endreinigung gezahlt wird. Die Sauberkeit beläuft sich bei Ankunft dann wohl sber lediglich auf die Reinigung durch den Vorgänger.

Villa is very spacious and has great layout. Bedrooms are well sound isolated. Two bathrooms is very convenient to have. Really enjoyed the garden and lounge chairs. The beach is about 5 min away, small supermarket is 2 min away and big one is 10 -15 min walking. Surrounded by restaurants. Quite at night. Air conditioning is a bliss. Rather well equipped. Especially appreciated dryer.

Very scarce information provided by the owner on the local tips. Poor map with only basic info. Probably due to the fact that rental is managed by the company not the owner directly. No staff provided for the beach- no chairs I could take or umbrellas- would have been good to have. WiFi is weak and slow. Only 4 wine glasses. Poorly working iron. No safe while warning on the potential robberies. Beds are fine but not great.

New appliances like laundry, fridge and kitchen. Abundance of plates and cups and kitchen supplies.

The property needs some serious restyling. It would be so much more comfortable with some basic tasteful upgrades (like looking at the fire place and seeing on display Buddha statues next to 4 dwarfs, fake grass and a metal bike…). I would also highly recommend removing the abundance of old and dusty fake flowers on display all around the house. The house also smelled like it hadn’t been opened for a long time - particularly effecting the bedrooms. On an even harder note: we have been destroyed by mosquitoes. We are aware that it is an area with mosquitoes but we stayed in a place nearby and did not compare to villa Rosa - I had 20 mosquito bites per leg and we bunkered in, afraid to open any window. Some basic mosquitoes nets at the windows would have made for example a big difference. Mattresses need some upgrades too. The small bathroom needs some basic shelving as there is no space to put anything. I was charged extra fees at the arrival at the property, please be aware at the time of booking.
