It was near of the sea

We checked in around 11 PM, which was difficult because we hadn't received the check-in email from Booking.com. Eventually, the receptionist came personally to let us in and gave us a sea-view room instead of our booked one. ​However, the room smelled strongly of sewage, and the bathroom sink was leaking, ruining my spouse's sleep. When we complained the next morning, they initially said they were fully booked but later offered a room in another building. We rejected it because it was smaller and too far from the sea. Finally, they moved us to a higher floor in the same building. It was smaller and unprepared, but we accepted it just to stop wasting our time.
