The pool and the garden and the view from the villa were outstanding! Alessandra was very friendly and always answered my messages - thank you for this great accommodation! :-)
By food there is a nice restaurant in the small village and a mini market. Otherwise the center/market/beach can be reached within 20min by car.
Although the view from the villa is stunning, it is quiet up the hill (many small streets and curves), to the beach it is about 20-30min by car

We stayed as a couple with our dog for a week at Villa Pera and had a wonderful time. The house is for your exclusive use with its own swimming pool. You can reach the sea and the center of Viareggio by car within 20 minutes. Other places like Lucca and Pisa are not far away either. Recommendable.

Beautiful villa!! We were 2 families with kids and had everything we could possibly need. The view was amazing and the host helpful and gracious.
