Inside the property was nice, newly refurbished, great kitchen, great bathroom, comfortable beds.
Tredegar wasn't the greatest town with an unkempt feel to the frontage of the Castle Hotel and nearby. Cars with pop-bang exhausts were noisy throughout the early hours.
The property was fine, behind electric security gates with free rear parking in the courtyard. The entrance door was very poor quality and could do with being replaced. Why it wasn't after renovation is baffling.
Whilst the weather was slightly warm, inside the apartment was stuffy and could do with a few fans.

Great location and ideal for our needs for a mountain biking weekend. Spacious rooms and facilities we required. Secured parking was a bonus.

One of the best location when staying in Tredegar - you got everything you need right here and there.
It's fairly easy to enter the facility and the instructions are clear, too.
Host is awesome.
The Entrance Gate is just a bit slow when opening but other than that it's all good.
It's just a minor thing so not too bad. It can get cold in the rooms but you can preferably change the temperature.
(More of a feedback and not really what I 'dislike'. :) )

It was ok. Mostly clean. Everything worked and there was just about enough equipment in the kitchen, although we did not cook and I suspect it would not be very successful if you tried. Small Shower worked ok.
Nasty mattresses. Very small uncomfortable beds - Not really large enough for two people. Very small bedrooms and bathroom. Everything in the apartment is of the cheapest lowest possible quality. No tea or coffee or salt or indeed anything supplied in the kitchen.
