Very relaxing resort with great service and amazing restaurant, there is a small village nearby that you can find more options, but the resort amenities are very good
Although you can see the sea, there is no direct beach nearby

Very quiet location. Lovely pool area with towels provided. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Staff very polite and helpful. Food excellent
Our family room looked at the back of the restaurant; it had opaque stain glass windows which meant it was quite gloomy. BUT it was lovely and quiet with comfy beds. Bathroom very clean.

I liked everything about the resort! It was so chilled and peaceful and the staff were the friendliest I've ever come across. The cabins are beautiful with the most amazing view right from the bed! The food and drinks were delicious and very reasonably priced. We ate there both evenings of our stay. The breakfast was fantastic and carried you through until dinner with no need for lunch. The pool was perfect.
We stayed in two different cabins and the first one had a lot of mosquitoes in and around it, when we moved to a different room we didn't see any

We had an amazing time at the resort and would love to come back if we visit Phi Phi again. The staff were all so kind and lovely, and the facilities were top notch! There were a lot of gear to borrow for snorkeling and kayaking, which really amplified the experience.
Wifi and mobile connection was a bit lackluster, but it made us even more connected to each other. And bring STRONG mosquito repellent!

It was a beautiful hotel in an unspoilt and stunning part of koh phi phi. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely with stunning views. The breakfast was amazing

Beautifully furnished that complimented the surroundings. Great location if you want quiet and relaxing. Staff were so helpful and accomodating. Food at the hotel is lovely but also other options short walking distance. Would highly recommend.
The beach out front of the property is a little rocky and gets the breeze so not a great swimming location - though a few bays close by for swimming and snorkelling. It is a ferry to tonsai then long tail then hotel taxi to hotel - but worth the peace and quiet if happy with a little adventure!

Beautiful resort away from the main busy part of the island, perfect if you are looking for a calm place to stay. Little village 10 minutes by foot if you wish to eat somewhere different than the hotel restaurant. The staff were very kind and professional and helped us multiple times with organizing trips. The room was beautiful and comfortable.
There is not too much to do in that part of the island and the taxi/longboat can get expensive very quickly.

The view from the room was amazing, the food in the restaurant was very nice. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make the stay really enjoyable.
The location of the resort was very isolated, ok for a few days but we booked a week and really felt like 3 days would have been sufficient.
The main area Tonsai Pier was only accessible by boat which became quite expensive. The village centre was within walking distance but only offered a handful of shops, restaurants and bars.

The staff was so warm and welcoming like no other hotel we’ve been to. It made all the difference. Kind and good people. The seaview from our room and from the swimming pool site was so peaceful. The hotel restaurant room would Just 10 minute walk from a nearby village. The restaurant food was so delicious we ended up having all our meals there. We dont regret spending our new years eve as part of our honeymoon there.
Nothing in particular. I would just like to reccomend for the hotel to provide massage services, and maybe a smart tv in the rooms.

Beautiful hotel, clean and new. The staff were so so lovely, just made the whole experience exceptional, would highly recommend if you’re travelling to stay in phi phi. They can organise all the trips and transfers for you. The breakfast was incredible, one of my favourite breakfasts at any hotel, the Thai rice soup was the best. The dinners were also very tasty.

The rooms are nicely decorated and the pool area is beautiful. There’s the option to take kayaks and snorkel gear for free but we didn’t get a chance to as we had bad weather. The staff were nice & friendly. That secluded, quieter side of the island and the village is lovely, with its own restaurants etc
The journey on long boat from Tonsai was a bit stressful, and we saw the men carrying suitcases to the boat drop 2 different people’s bags fully in the sea.
The location is very remote and there’s only 2 boats a day to come back to the main area (no option at night).
The food in the restaurant isn’t great, the worst hotel food we’ve had on our trip. Overall this hotel is expensive for what you’re getting

The room was incredible, beautifully furnished and a spectacular view of the water. The staff were so friendly and accomodating, particularly when we decided to return to the mainland early due to the pool being under maintenance.
I was contacted by the resort a few months before our stay stating that there was going to be maintenance at the property, however, I was assured that all facilities and amenities would remain functional. When we checked in we found out that the pool was under construction. This is not communicated to me prior to check in and was incredibly disappointing, as I was assured that all amenities would be functional. Additionally, we appeared to be the only guests staying at the hotel which was very odd.
Without the pool there was nothing to do at the resort the beach that was closest to the hotel had 2 meters of "sand" which was so covered in rocks there wasn't space to sit or lay down. The closest proper beach was a 10 minute walk and belonged to a resort so we were not allowed to use that beach (at least as per the signs). The resort was unfortunately quite far away from the main town and it cost 250 bhat per person to get a longtail to the main pier it only ran a few times a day. The smaller village was located a 10min walk through the jungle (there was a road but it was not well lit and isolated) and it was hard to get a taxi bike to get to and from the main town. I would recommend the resort start a shuttle service a couple times a day to the village particularly when it is raining, extremely hot and dark.
Due to the poor communication and isolation we felt very uncomfortable so decided to leave the hotel early and return to the mainland. The hotel was accommodating of this request and kindly refunded the two nights we did not stay, however, we were not offered compensation for the misleading information and inconvenience from the owners. The resort staff were fantastic very helpful and kind but unable to do much to help.

Breakfast is perfect, beds are comfortable. The staff is really nice, free kayaking.
Only reachable by boat, room has a funny smell (probably due to moisture). When it rains u can hardly do anything, it's really isolated on phi phi.

Fabulous location, so quiet at night , nestled in the jungle - beautiful staff, so kind and friendly- easy to get into the small town on a motorbike taxi or walk to the most beautiful sand beach, rooms are just divine
Would love a light above the bathroom sink , just a little dark in there

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The location is perfect if you’re looking for peace and quiet—it feels like a hidden gem tucked away from the busy Tonsai area. The room was beautiful: spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and with a breathtaking view that I never got tired of.
The staff were simply amazing—kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Just a short walk away, there’s a small village with a handful of restaurants, and a couple of them were exceptionally good. Within about a 10-minute walk in either direction, you’ll also find stunning beaches that are perfect for swimming and relaxing.
If you’re looking to escape the crowds, reconnect with nature, and enjoy total relaxation, this is the place for you. I would love to return to Phi Phi one day—and when I do, Phu Chalet will be my first choice without hesitation.
The hotel can only be reached from Tonsai by long-tail boat (250 THB per person each way), but honestly, that makes it feel even more special and secluded. The moment you arrive, the peaceful atmosphere makes you forget about everything else.

It’s a very cozy and peaceful hotel. The rooms are beautiful. They were extremely kind in helping us arrange our tours around the area.
Suitable for tourists who don’t mind being far from local restaurants and night life

Fabulous location, quiet and unspoilt.
The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly.
Easy to get into the main town by Tuk Tuk for 100bhat.
Everything shuts at 9.00pm, bar, restaurant so you’ll need an early night or go into the town.

We liked the very unique location and quietness. The amenities were nice, we took the kayak at sunset and it was a wonderful experience
The breakfast could be way improved. The room is a bit small and the shower didn’t work well and it was very hot and humid in the bahtroom

Staff were amazing and so helpful. Also only a short ride away from a lovely village with some really cool bars and eating places
Too far away from main part of the island and got quite badly bitten from mosquitos as everywhere surrounded by greenery

The people are really amazing.
It’s advertised as a 4-star property on Booking. It’s not. Later on we discovered it’s a 3-star on google and even a 2-star on Expedia!! I am surprised about the positive reviews and the superb 9.1 rating. The airco was hardly working. Breakfast was basic. The watertap in the bathroom was loose. If this would be advertised as a 3-star hotel and the reviews would be a bit more realistic, we’d give it a better rating. Basically we paid a 5-star price for a 2/3 star hotel. We left a day early.

Loved it! The resort is sooo pretty and we honestly enjoyed it so much we booked an extra night when we already had a non refundable booking elsewhere. Great staff, helped with everything we needed, our room was beautiful and spacious.

This staff at this lovely and well run boutique hotel are highlight they make every interaction lovely. The food in the restaurant is excellent we had two delicious dinners there. Very good papaya salad and curry. We had a family cottage constructed out of what looked like teakwood and colored glass, it was a fantastic design really a cut above it's made the downtime special. They have a good pool and it's a 20-minute walk to a Long Beach that is clean with crystal clear water.
You can't
just roll to the beach from your room.
