Excellent location. Lovely welcome from all the staff. The auberge comprises a number of old townhoues knocked into one, so it has a higgledy-pigledy charm.
Narrow winding stairs made carrying luggage difficult ie no lift. Shower fittings in bathroom needed fixing

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Exquisitely decorated with a casual atmosphere that makes it home from home. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.
The garden is gorgeous and also the pool very necessary in the heat of August. Magnificent views down to the sea. The whole place has a very quiet calm about it which makes it instantly relaxing.
The food is delicious. They also had a couple of fun events whilst we were there, a Sunday afternoon BBQ and then a ‘Pop up’ supper where everyone ate together on a long table.
You are right in the centre of the village and there are many restaurants to choose.
I loved everything but would have liked to have coffee and tea making facilities either in the room, or in the hotel.
Also to have different breakfast options, a la carte would have been good. So you could just have a coffee and a croissant, or just fruit and yoghurt

Well located for Tourettes, beautiful views, very stylish
Some features felt out of date / not very functional, it was also quite expensive
