Loved the place, we will definitely return.
It was very good quality
The pool wasn’t usable for the majority of our stay due to a pump issue but we just went to the beach instead.

A nice place but more attention to detail needed. A 3 star stay not 4 star.
The location was great and our appartment was clean.. The reception staff were brilliant and we really liked the ability to order breakfast items to collect each morning. On arrival we ordered the full breakfast (which was beyond what we expected with pain au chocolates, croissants, a small baguette, fruit juice, yoghurt, milk and a whole pack of fresh coffee) and then selected to just have the croissants and baguette for the other days.
We had a few issues during our stay. The pool had not been properly maintained and grew cloudy during our stay so was then closed for the last 4 days of our holiday. I'm not sure how healthy it was for our children to be swimming in a badly maintained pool Our appartment was above the laundry room and at 5am for half an hour once a week the laundry company would drag the laundry trolleys around and bang them into walls and the metal doors with no care or consideration. The noise was quite unbelievable. On our first evening we paid for a travel cot for our 2 year old but it had not been left in the room and as the reception is not staffed in the evening we could not sort another so our 2 year old slept on the floor on a duvet for the first night. There was a nice little childrens park (slide, seesaw) but it is in full sun with no shade so was totally unusable during the summer months ( bad design and planning). The parking was a headache. The site charge for parking but do not have enough allocated spaces and the spaces they have are too small so a lot of cars ended up parking on verges and on the grass banks - not great when you have paid for a space. The appartment lacked some basics (chopping board, grater - so we brought our own from the local super market). We did raise a complaint about the above and received money back from the company but they never replied to our complaint email or even acknowleged it but we appreciate the gesture of a refund on some of our stay.

Disappointing
Apartment was big in general and clean. balcony was huge but did not have sun beds like our neighbours did.
Apartment was not ready even though we were an hour later than advised. Receptionist failed to apologise for this and just said it will be ready in a minute. It should not be so hard to simply say 'sorry'. Aircon was not adequate. Swimming pool was closed for a day due to an issue with the plumbing - very disappointing as this was the main reason for booking it. Accommodation did not cater for those who were shorter than 5'6" as the only storage in the double bedroom was cubby holes above the bed. No drawers at all but a big space where there could easily be some. My mother had to hang plastic bags from hangers as she could not reach the cubby holes. All the cupboards in the kitchen were also out of reach.

An amazing resort in the middle of Provance
A clean and beautiful resort in the middle of a Provance area that gives you access to all the medieval villages with a very short trip to Nice, Cannes and Monaco

Very bad Breakfast. Rest was okay.
The area was neat and modern. The Apartment was also nice and we had a big terrace.
The staff seemed very unorganized since I received the same message multiple times. For example the information about the arrival was sent after we had already spent one night at the location. The breakfast costs 13.50€ per person and you will only get a bag from Carrefour with some Baguette, Croissant, chocolate bread, coffee powder and a lot of small containers of marmelade, butter, juice etc. (see Photos). You need to take the stuff to your room and prepare everything for yourself. Milk was missing. We were very disappointed since we were not told about the type of breakfast. For the amount of money we could have bought everything on our own for a much cheaper price. We told the staff that it would have been nice to tell us that there is no ordinary breakfast buffet and that we will get ingredients to prepare on our own. The staff did not care and was very snippy. Our apt. was next to the entrance gate and the street so that it was quite busy and noisy. The reception closes at 6pm. One night some alarm was going until the next morning. Luckily we did not hear it through closed doors. Pool is only opened from 9am to 6pm.

Familly vacation, expolaration of the Côte d'Azur.
Nice hotel with well equipped rooms. Great swimming pool and relaxing area. Peaceful surroundings, most of the time, no loud music or "party" atmosphere.
Terribly neglected, management should give it some more love. Abvisously understaffed and it needs maintainance. The fire alarm was going off 1-2 times a day, even in the evenenings. It woke up my 2 year old grandson in panik. Felt like the young adults working there could not manage the situation properly. No "coffee" as advertised. Needs a bit more care to deserve higher rating.

Brilliant! So incredibly clean and beautiful!
Our stay at Evancy Les Jardins d'Azur was exceptional! The appartement we stayed in was extremely clean and the check-in process was quick and easy. All questions we had were answered promptly and politely by the very helpful staff body and the pool facilities were always spotless. Also, the property was in a beautiful location located only a 6 minute drive from the beautiful town of Vence which we often went into during the evenings. We would absolutely come again!
The only criticisms of the property would be that, due to its remote location, you absolutely require a car in order to get around and visit the neighboring cities.
