Casa Raffaella

Ubytování se nachází ve skvělé lokalitě. Majitelé jsou velmi ochotní, nabídli nám vyzvednutí na vlakové stanici a stejně tak nás na konci pobytu odvezli. Ubytování bylo čisté. V okolí je vše, co potřebujete, restaurace, bary, obchody, jídlo i pití, a zároveň je zde klid. Vzhledem k lokalitě je zde trochu vyšší vlhkost vzduchu, ale v apartmánu je k dispozici odvlhčovač, takže to nebyl problém.

Bohužel nejspíš po úklidu zůstaly zavřené dveře od sprchového koutu i koupelny, kvůli čemuž se zde držela vlhkost a objevila se plíseň. Majitele jsme na problém upozornily a přijeli ji téměř okamžitě odstranit.

Nem volt benne reggeli. A tengerpart 100 m, de az ott csak a legbátrabbaknak való, hatalmas sziklák. Kb 500 méterre van egy kis öböl, ami már teljesen jó, és homokos is.

A klíma régen nem volt takarítva. Elkelne egy mikrohullámú sütő és egy pirítós készítő.

Before we arrived in Italy someone from the property created a Whatsapp group with us and communicated instructions ahead of our arrival. As an added bonus, we were messaged to say that someone would meet us from Monopoli station and take us to the property. On arrival at the property we were shown round, given the right amount of information and then left to explore, simply superb. The property is perfect. We visited as a couple and with the serviced space downstairs with open plan kitchen/lounge it had all we needed. Upstairs has a lovely bedroom and bathroom with a fantastic shower. The aircon makes a welcome addition when visiting in July and the shutters mask all noise from outside. The CR is in a small alleyway just off the main street so is perfectly located for exploring as well as amenities. You have numerous restaurants, bars, sites of interest, gelato shops all within 2 minutes. The harbour is less than 5 mins walk away as is the impressive cathedral. Big shout out to the guy who collected us and took us back to the station in the golf buggy, really welcome addition with a big suitcase. Would 100% stay here again

Damp walls peeling away- understandable for age of the building but did make the place a bit stuffy and slight smell of mould
