The location is absolutely insane and the guesthouse itself feels like a really nice cosy apartment in the heart of Seoul. Rooms are small but that is a given in a densely populated place like Seoul and we didn’t have any issues with it really. Water pressure in the bathrooms very good as well as hot water
The towels are tiny and very thin.

It is such a cute and cozy place in the heart of Hongdae. Wi-fi was reliable, my room was clean, there was a little kitchen 🍳 with all cooking supplies and fridge for you to use during your stay. The toilet was not clean, and the room felt far too cramped for 3 - 4 people. There were no lockers or proper space to store personal belongings. Breakfast was advertised but not provided during the stay. The common area was also very limited, and towels were not included, we had to rent them for 3,500 won.
