    Everything about tis apartment is good, big clean with great location in hongdae, just tat it's on the 3rd floor without a lift, and the owner Abit over cautious giving us the feeling that he's not really that friendly...But overall it's a great place 2 stay in hongdae.

    The host very helpful. The house is super clean & very near with convenience store. Facilities is superb. The room also quite big. Will be come again here next trip 😍

    Just a few minutes walk from Hongik University Station. Primarily chose this as it is one Arex train ride from Incheon. I was surprised that it was right in the heart of Hongdae. It is also a 10 min walk from Exit 9 if you are taking any bus tours (very convenient) Our group of 8 had a very comfortable stay. The only con is that it is on the 4th floor with no elevator. Senior citizens or disabled guests will have a difficult time.

    I wished I could include pictures or videos, this accommodation has a mould filled bathroom. I was staying at 401, the bathroom grout lines between tiles were covered with so much mould you had think that it was done in that color. It was gross and the bathroom’s ceiling is not spared as well. Seriously I don’t think this apartment should be allowed to be rented out in such a condition. However they also have an apartment 402 right next to 401 which they rent out to Koreans which is in a much better condition. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for health reasons, it’s absolutely disgusting.
