Amazing stay in a great location

The hosts couldnt have been any better, they were fantastic, very friendly and created a perfect relaxed experience. The location was perfect for both the nurburgring nordschleife and gp circuit within walking distance, as well as bars and restaurants around the circuit and also in nurburg village. Hotel was lovely and clean, the honesty fridge of soft drinks and beers works really well and gave us the opportunity to relax outside in the sun with a drink after an exciting day. Breakfast was perfect, and there is no feeling of being rushed or having to rush to get up. Hosts will make you some lovely bacon and eggs as well as the self service continental breakfast with a smile and friendly greeting. Amazing stay and will definitely be going back

The staff were very friendly. The hotel is just across the road from the circuit so an amazing location if going to the nurburgring and a short walk to the restaurants. Breakfast is included and for a small hotel had a great selection.

Amazingly relaxing

It is located so close to the Nurburgring and boulevard. The room was plenty big enough with a comfy bed and decent shower. Lots of motorcar paraphernalia made it cosy. breakfast was included and was fabulous, a cold continental buffet was available with a vast selection of meats and cheeses. Hot egg and bacon was cooked on request , simply perfect!! The hosts were amazing, so friendly, helpful and accommodating. plenty of parking space even for trailers , gorgeous views over the castle and surrounding fields.

Perfect spot to get some rest in between sessions on the Nurburgring!

Landhaus Balkhausen was a great place to stay while I was driving at the Nurburgring! Warm and comfy room, good wifi, and a great location for driving. They offered a delicious breakfast and were very accomodating. Excellent value and impeccable hospitality! I will return if I have the chance.

The owners are wonderful... so is the dog.

They have a super cute and friendly dog so, to be honest, I could have been sleeping in a kennel and I’d return again. But, the truth is, the owners are wonderful and make you feel so welcome while also giving you space. Everything is clean and works and, although it’s not as fancy as the Dorint over the road, it has loads more character, and you don’t die of heat exhaustion like you do in either Lindner hotel.

Really good stay, would recommend 10/10

We were really surprised when we arrived, the staff was extremely helpful and nice. The room was nice and big with our own bath. Nice and big bed, beer fridge down the hall. The breakfast was one of the best one I have ever had at any hotel, they made fresh eggs if we wanted that, a lot to choose from.

Everything was really nice. If there was something bad it must be that there was a heat wave, and it was kind of hot in the room during the night.

Wundervolle Gastgeber, ein tolles Frühstück und erstklassiger Service!

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von unseren Gastgebern sehr herzlich empfangen und hatten sofort das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe und persönlichem Engagement gearbeitet wird. Das Frühstück war wirklich toll – reichhaltig, frisch und abwechslungsreich, mit allem, was man sich für einen guten Start in den Tag wünscht. Auch die Sauberkeit verdient ein großes Lob: sowohl im Zimmer als auch in allen anderen Bereichen war alles sehr gepflegt und makellos. Die Lage ist für alle, die zur Strecke möchten, kaum zu übertreffen: nur ein paar Schritte entfernt und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist das kostenlose Parken direkt am Haus – sehr komfortabel und heutzutage keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr. Alles in allem ein Aufenthalt, bei dem einfach alles gestimmt hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz sicher sehr gerne wieder!
