Its the second time in this hotel, which is the perfect location if you are into motorsport and would like to see car racing from your balcony, enjoy a great dinner and breakfast and a beer in the authentic motorsport mekka Cockpit bar!

Location was incredible - waking up to the sound of V10 engines was a delight, and the view down the main GP straight was epic. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very well equipped and lovely

Not very happy experience due to the staff. Others are fine.

Breakfast is good, room is clean, location is perfect. We can watch the race from the balcony in our room. It is quite convinient. We can take some nice pictures and videos of the race as well.

The room window was leaking wind. The worst experience we had during the stay are 2 things. Firstly, staff from the restuarant was asking for tips. According to my 10 years life in Europe, there should be no tip culture in Germany. We've never been asked for paying tips in Germany. It was our first time, and we felt not comfortable about this. Secondly, we brought our dog together, and there was another big dog pooped in the hallway, and my mother in law told the staff "there is dog poop.". But when we checked out, the staff told us that our dog pooped on the hallway. This is rediculous because we told them about it. It is best that they have CCTV/camera in the hotel so that they can watch everything better.

Immersive Nürburgring experience; no air conditioning

If you want to immerse yourself in the Nürburgring this is a great hotel. The decor is motor themed but stylish. Breakfast is quite good. The coffee was great. There is a nice bar with outdoor seating.

Not all comfort double rooms have the balcony view of the track. There is no air conditioning at all. You can open the window which helps but is not enough during hot weather. You can request a fan from the front desk. There are no USB charging points. The sound of cars is very prominent, not just from the track but also the street.

Breakfast was awesome, the room was nice and clean with a great balcony overlooking the track, and the location is second to none - if you are attending something at the Ring, stay here! Perfect for a work/driving weekend.

I didn't realize I booked the "early bird rate" so could only get a 10% refund on my last night (I had to leave a day earlier than planned). Also - needing to get your parking pass scanned by the front desk EVERY TIME you go in and out is a tad annoying.

Found a towel with blood on it from the previous guest. No Ac so as the days get warmer the rooms getting hotter so need to open doors and windows which dont provide enough airflow and alot of noise from the main boulevard

Great location for the GPand Nurbering tracks

Greay location, getting to see all the track action. It was also my birthday so it was a great way to spend it

Only downside I'd say is we weren't aware that the cockpit bar was even there no mention of it would've been a great place to have a drink an food there . Also not enough coffee capsuals in the room .

Sneaky parking fee's.

This hotel is very close to Nurburgring. It is probably the closest hotel to the entrance of Nurburgring.

The room smelt a bit like damp. We had a balcony room which was great. Racing will start at 8am on the GP track every morning, that's ok. What is not ok is the gardener revving his strimmer outside the balcony's at 6.20am on Monday 28/8/2023. Also, be warned, guests are charged €14 per night to park a car in the hotel car park. There is a sign but the wording of this sign is not very good and very misleading. Upon check out you will be presented with a bill for €14 per night for using the car park. Most hotels I have visited have paid parking but most waive this fee for guests but not here. Also, when checking out, the man on the desk (Ralph) became very aggressive and rude when we questioned the parking fee as we were not informed of this upon arrival. Just be warned.

Great place to visit

Short but exceptional stay. Was worth of visiting this place. Great hotel, comfortable and clean room, nice bathroom. Excellent restaurant, very rich breakfast. Parking garage, enough place to park. The track and museum are near to the hotel.

Spa and sauna need to be booked earlier with the personel in object, don't work all the time.

Absolutely worth the trip !

The hotel was so clean. Staff were very friendly and extremely professional and helpful. The food in the cockpit bar was amazing- huge portions. Breakfast was amazing. There was a huge selection of fruits, breads hot food , yogurt and even a mini pancake maker! A nice selection of juices and smoothies too. We used room service during our stay and it was so fast and food arrived fresh and tasty. The view from the balcony was the best! We saw lots of acrion on the track. The hotel were very responsive prior to the visit and accommodating to all we requested. ( late check out and balcony view)
