I love the room and onsen plus the food at the restaurant. Rooms are spacious with private onsen which are perfect for family travel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the lady who greets and brief us during our check-in time speaks very well English and I really appreciate so much. Hotel is quiet with great privacy that can provide enough relaxation to us.
I hope the room can be brighter especially during evening time, it does not have enough light for me to do any writing. While for the buffet breakfast, hope slighty more choices and extending to 11am would be nice.

The room with private onsen and all its amenities was just wow. Super comfy, very relaxing view of the ocean in front, zen atmosphere. Dinner at the French restaurant and the breakfast buffet were also of high standing. Staffs at the restaurants were very customer oriented and respectful. The person who brought us to our room for check in was exceptionally helpful and define what superb service is all about.
My request for early check in could not be entertained. Whilst I do understand, it is more the way the request is handled that matters. Just having a decline through booking.com when paying such a high rate for the room was not too appreciated.

Lovely seaside resort hotel. Spacious clean comfortable room with massage chair and amazing private bath. Fabulous breakfast buffet, lovely public onsen and attentive staff with valet parking. Would recommend to others and stay again!
