One of the best accomodations. We certainly will forgot to mention all but here is a try to summarize: - upon arriving we received a drink from the house - spacious and clean appartment - excellent pool: indoor and outdoor - excellent breakfast: all you want is there - a lot to do in Summer in the neigbourhood: hiking at all levels (we are a family with young children), biking,… - staff always friendly and supporting when needed In short one word: excellent

The appartments were modern and looking nice. They are brand new. what we didn‘t like, it was a little far to the trails we liked to do. Otherwise we would book it again. Also the fact we had so some power outlets to charge our electric car was great. We also loved the breakfast.

We had 4 days of street construction in front of the window every morning at 07:00, where I would have expected a reduction of price. Didn‘t find the staff anticipated very well there.

Perfect place for a relaxed stay in the Alps!

We had a perfect time. Great views of the Ortler mountains, friendly staff, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxed and worry free vacation. The restaurants in town where also great, and only a short walk from the apartment.

To do it again.

Great breakfast. Incredible pool. Swimming outside in the night (well, 7 PM), in February, is really a luxury. I feel a bit guilty, it is not very sustainable to have warm water in an outdoors pool during winter. It is a guilt pleasure but surely a pleasure. Great location. A few minutes from the Austrian border and the lake and a few minutes from sky resorts.

Panorami splendidi e struttura moderna, ma servizio e accoglienza non all’altezza di un 4 stelle

La Val Venosta è un posto magnifico: ovunque ti giri trovi panorami spettacolari, camminate tra prati infiniti e luoghi da visitare. La struttura in sé ha un bel colpo d’occhio, con piscina interna ed esterna e un grande parcheggio comodo. L’edificio è moderno e ben curato a primo impatto. Una nota di merito a Johanna, gentilissima e sempre disponibile a consigliarci luoghi ed eventi da vedere.

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto subito la sensazione che l’appartamento non corrispondesse a quello prenotato: il balcone affacciava direttamente sulla casa del vicino, senza alcuna privacy, quando la scelta era stata fatta proprio per la vista mostrata sul sito. Alla nostra osservazione ci è stato risposto che “bisognava zoomare la 13esima foto sul sito!111!11 ”, cosa che ci ha lasciato parecchio perplessi. La pulizia è stata deludente e sicuramente non da 4 stelle: unghie dietro al lavandino, sanitari sporchi, e anche dopo l’intervento dello staff la situazione non è migliorata. Al checkout ci è stato persino detto che “non erano unghie”, nonostante fossero venuti loro stessi a fotografarle nei giorni precedenti. Un continuo muro davanti a noi e ai fatti. La cucina era poco attrezzata: mancavano molti elementi essenziali, persino i tovaglioli, e ci siamo dovuti arrangiare facendo la spesa al supermercato. La scelta del tipo di alloggio era anche data dalla cucina, ma nada. Quando l’abbiamo fatto notare, la risposta è stata che “ovunque qui è così”, o che “i nostri clienti si portano le cose da casa”. Ma qui stiamo parlando di un 4 stelle luxury, non di un ostello. L’appartamento era inoltre molto caldo per l’esposizione al sole: senza condizionatore né zanzariere, le alternative erano chiudere tutto e soffocare o aprire le finestre e riempirsi di insetti. Dopo tre giorni di richieste ci è stato dato un ventilatore. Il letto matrimoniale era in realtà composto da due singoli uniti. Al checkout la giustificazione è stata che “qui si usa così”, senza ulteriori spiegazioni. Infine, l’atteggiamento dello staff (fatta eccezione per Johanna) è stato indisponente. Anche al momento del checkout, invece di accogliere i feedback, la risposta è sempre stata difensiva e strafottente. In sintesi, la struttura non è terribile, ma non corrisponde affatto agli standard dichiarati di un 4 stelle luxury.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war top, es wurde immer nachgelegt, volle Auswahl bis zum Ende der Frühstückszeit. Sonder wünsche waren möglich!

Die Auswahl an Restaurants in der Umgebung war zwar ausrechend, jedoch waren die Öffnungszeiten zum Teil eher kurz!

Klare Empfehlung.

Sehr sauber, toller Wellness Bereich und Frühstück ausreichend bzw aus regionaler Herstellung. Ebenso ein netter kleiner "Shop". Dammwildgehege ist begehbar und auch die Dame dort sehr sympatisch.

Fitnessbereich könnte etwas mehr bieten. Lage von der Aussicht her wunderschön, jedoch schon etwas fernab von möglichen Unternehmungen. Es gab abends keine Möglichkeit der Einkehr zum Essen.

Schönes Hotel , wer Ruhe sucht

Das Frühstück war ausreichend, die Lage war gut - Wanderwege in der Nähe , leider war das Wetter nicht so toll. Innenpool war schön und sauber, das Hotel hat ein Fitnesscdnter

zu wenig gute Restaurant in Umgebung, resp. es gibt ein paar Restaurant wo keine Kinder erlaubt sind. Es wäre schön, wenn das Hotel ein eigenes Restaurant hätte.
