Excellent had a great time. Defintely for the more experienced traveller.

Awsome location near the boat departure. There plenty of rooms side by side so we put the kids in one and us in another. I will definitely go back.

When it rained the laneway to the resort was completely under water. It was not a big issue for us but some people may not like walking through ankle deep water to get to the main street. If there is heavy rain I suggest you carry your luggage along the beach front to the boat office rather that get it all wet.

Location, directly on the beach, great staff. I’ve stayed there a few times and it’s close to unbeatable unless you double your budget!

The included breakfast’s sounded great but the prep was poor, barely ok. Eggs always over done, toast basically dry bread, very little fruit. The rest of the menu was ok but nothing great, they need better trained cooks.

After accepting it wasn't what I was expecting it was lovely - the staff are beautiful - all of them

This is a great place, I felt safe and staff were beautiful but I was disappointed a little on arrival as it was not what I was expecting but that changed after a few hours. I think I was expecting more of a resort feel but it was more of a family feel - which is beautiful if that is what you have in your excited mind.

There was building works going on - like hammering a brick wall down bang bang bang - however a quick email to them will let you know if you can expect this - it may be finished and I was there in the low season which from their perspective is when you would do the work - so no complaints just mentioning.

Right on the beach with an excellent view of the surf and access to boats, Nusa Indah is a great hotel for families with a range of rooms, a lovely restaurant (excellent breakfast)and close to shopping.

A bit difficult to get to down an alley which filled up with water with the heavy rain!

A beautiful beachfront stay in a perfect location, with friendly staff and relaxing pool

This was our first time visiting Nusa Lembongan, and it certainly won’t be our last. Nusa Indah Bungalows is in a fabulous location, right on the beach, with beautiful white sand and turquoise water glittering at your feet. The beachfront pool (whilst not very big) was also a lovely alternative to the ocean and a great place to relax. Our family really enjoyed the à la carte breakfast each morning, which was a wonderful way to start the day. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided, and everything was kept very tidy. The staff were always polite, friendly, and more than happy to help arrange anything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was absolutely key for us, and we would happily return.

Everything, right on the beach can swim at high tide. Beachfront pool amazing, food amazing, staff excellent, ideal location no scooter needed. Night time the beach restaurants are all a vibe. Can walk to cliff top restaurants easy along the beach just 15min so leave early for sunset cliff top dinner

Fantastic Location on the Beach

The location is excellent, right on the beach, near the main street and only a short walk to lots of restaurants, cafes and warungs. I had a triple room with a large double bed and a king single. Both beds were very clean and the linen was crisp and white. The room was neat, tidy and very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated but did the job. Breakfast was included and they had a great selection.

My toilet had issues flushing and after several attempts getting it fixed I gave upandjust took the cistern lid off and flushed it that way. Even though the staff continued to put it back together each day they never realised it properly.

The location was excellent. Pool area was lovely. The bedroom was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The aircon worked very well.

The toilet in the bathroom did not work properly. It was falling away from the wall and you could not flush it. The bathroom overall was disappointing. The staff were generally inattentive and slow. The staff, like all the beach guesthouses, could do more to protect the beach and water from plastic pollution. Very sad to see how little care goes into keeping the environment that draws in the tourists looking cared for.

Beachfront stay at Nusa Lemborgan

The location was lovely perfect beachfront. However getting into the property from the main road was a bit challenging. Especially if you have more luggage. The room and bathroom was lovely and worked well. The breach front lounge chairs were spectacular. Looks lovely in pictures.

Getting into the property. Getting to the room on top was difficult. The staff were polite and friendly but not overly hospitable. Like it was raining so much when we left and they even offer an umbrella.

Just what we wanted, restful, easy, value for money, no issues and easy access to a few activities.

Great location in the middle of Jungutubatu Beach - but away from the busy main road. Although easy access to that road. Clean sand with aqua water can walk straight into from the variety of daybeds in sun or shade. Good music was played throughout the day. Overall a calm and peaceful vibe. Good menu variety and value for money. Attentive staff. Daily room clean. My air-con was not working properly at first and they attended to it immediately. You can arrange a private boat to pick you up directly from the beach in front.

A few items on the menu could be improved. On the last few days there seemed to be a few more flies around - dont know why.

A smooth arrival

As you got off the boat, it was a quick walk on the beach for us to get to the hotel. We're a family with two kids age 12 and 7, and we pack light with just backpacks. Our room was ready before check-in time, so we skipped the wait - that was a nice touch. Overall, everything was nice. The staff were nice and friendly.

Wouldn’t choose this again

Great location on the beach and good breakfast. The pool was deep

It’s tried and in need of lots of maintenance. Tiles missing in the bathroom and pool. The entrance to the property is uninviting (see photo). There’s rarely any hot water, not even lukewarm warm. The sheets were stained and had holes. For the price I expected better. We also stayed in a 2 bed villa with private pool which cost less than this place.

Below average stay for an above average price

The location was nice. Close enough to the main street. The beachfront location was also nice although the beach was quite dirty at times and full of litter

*There was a lot of noise so not ideal for a relaxing stay or a sleep in. They would sweep the leaves every morning and super early. One morning before 6 am *Rooms were quite close together and you could hear things in the other rooms very clearly even when at a normal volume * Tiles were shiny and slippery and the bathroom and toilet were very wet after a shower and very scary slippery *Breakfast was below average and not much variety and a very small portion so we often had to eat something else a bit later *Kettle would not turn off automatically and we had to turn it off manually * the wooden bed slats were very creaky and loud so if you roll in bed theres no chance of you not waking the other person up *the alley ways to the main street are very poorly lit and some parts not at all so a bit scary walking back to the room *Overall pretty run down and also curtains were covered in mould

Everything you need and great value for money!

Perfect small resort in a fabulous location, walking distance to many awesome restaurants on the beach. Hiring a scooter through the hotel was a breeze and the size of the room was amazing, big enough for our 3 year old to have space. We had a view of the ocean from our little porch! can't wait to come back!!!

• Direct access to the beach • Friendly staff • Tasty food with a large selection at breakfast from which you can choose (scrambled eggs, muesli, etc.), though the portions are rather small. You can eat directly in the sand with a sea view – really great! • Offers a variety of tours (we didn’t use them) • Has a great pool near the beach, but it was full of children splashing around and therefore quite loud

• Hygiene leaves much to be desired (stains on the bed linen, in the room, and also dirty glasses/dishes at breakfast) • The location is directly on the beach but not ideal, as there is no road leading to it and you have to walk 5 minutes through a local neighborhood. When it rains, it gets flooded and you can hardly walk through it, with water reaching up to your ankles • The room amenities are very basic, especially the bathroom, which had no furniture — only a shower and a toilet, with nowhere to place any items. A hairdryer was also not provided.

Location on the beach. Breakfast on the sand. Very close to main road with good choice of restaurants, shops and atm. Easy rent of bikes at the hotel. Restaurant with good food and coctails, and reasonable prices. Activities like live music or dj.

Disappointing and lacking love

The room although not what I had requested was good enough with a couple of nice touches of pretty pillows and bed spread. The restaurant and bar are nicely positioned on the beach. The breakfast which was included was nice and I could order anything from the menu. Portions were large. One afternoon they had a DJ who played chilled beach tunes which made watching sunset very pleasant. The location of this hotel is very central to Jungutbatu.

I wanted to love this place but it was so disappointing. From arrival down a small gang and through a construction site you need to carry your luggage. The reception was lack lustre and they messed up my booking claiming they could do nothing about it, it was the booking agency’s fault. They told me I could go elsewhere and did not care. Unfortunately there was no other hotels available at short notice and my booking was non refundable. The bed is very hard. The safety box is not secured to the wall and the wifi is too poor to watch the tv. The restaurant and bar are nicely positioned on the beach but there is no care taken,with furniture dirty and moldy and nobody tidying up people’s mess throughout the day. It’s just lacking love and care. The staff mainly sat around in the shade all day and never asked to take your order. I always had to go up to the bar to request a drink or order my breakfast. I didn’t eat here for lunch or dinner as the prices were double what other establishments were offering along the beach. I clearly also missed the memo that this a hotel for families with young children which made it not so relaxing to sit by the pool. 80’s rock music plays loudly all day except for breakfast when thankfully they played soft Balinese music. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this hotel or would stay here again when there are so many other hotels that take pride and care of their establishments.

Perfect location, perfect sunset 🌅 and beach vibes.

The location was amazing. We loved it so much. The beach front, the pool. Excellent location for a sunset. Loved the beach at night was great. Easy walk to the main strip for night life. The food was really good as well- probably the best we had in Bali and the Surrounding islands. The staff were great. Let us check in early due to the rain fall and booking very last minute when our boat was cancelled. 💯 stay at this location again.
