Bathtub was dirty, with fingernail and dirt under shower mat that I had to clean before bathing. Also, I had confirmed free parking but it wasn’t truly available.

The property is up a lot of steps, however it is beside a beautiful Mausoleum and the views are amazing from the room. If you’re young and fit, the steps are fine.

Great location with an an amazing view.

The owner who i met on arrival was very welcoming and helpful. Wonderful location & view and it was good to be located slightly off the main restaurant/bar street and overlook the beautiful bay. It was certainly worth paying extra for the balcony that I used morning and evening - could not get enough of the view!

The accommodation was pretty basic. The cleanliness could have been better. It didn't look like the gardens are tended to which is a great shame as I think they would be a real asset but they were unkempt.

Availability last minute after flight waa changed Price is good and decent sized room abd great view from window over Cavtat below Ideal for a stop over or on a. budget stay!

Not a dislike just giving information put for people, be aware there’s 100+ steps plus ones up-to your accommodation door So all in all I counted 140 but knew would be some steps anyway! Bit dated and some fittings were hanging off wall in bathroom like towel rail No shower door or curtain which is over bath which is then hand held, the toilet brush definitely needs replacing! Could be so much more with little details sorted and furniture updated

Nice location. Super view from the window! Overwhelmingly friendly owner, although it took a while to check in.

The cleanliness of the room is not very satisfying, with loose towel rack and some left rubbish from the previous stay. I suppose the owner is the one who'ls responsible for all the chores, which makes this understandable. But forgeting to lock the room's door after the tidy-up during my stay is really a bit...irritating.

Everything was fantastic. My stay was absolutely delightful, largely thanks to my lovely and excellent host, whose kindness and positivity truly made me feel at home. The location was perfect, offering easy access to everything while being wonderfully quiet and authentically Croatian. I adored the comfortable space, with its pristine bathroom, and the balcony was an absolute dream. Waking up to such amazing views from my own private balcony was truly unforgettable. I loved every moment in this charming spot and can't wait to return!

It is a long walk from the tourist office where the taxi drops you off to the start of the stairs to climb up. Taxi are not allowed on the road along the promenade. Just be aware there is also a lot of stairs to lug any suitcases etc with you from the road to the Villa and there is no sign on the door to say it is Villa Rozic.

Lovely and tranquil stay

We have really enjoyed our stay at Villa Rozic. The view from the house is really stunning and well worth taking the many steps up to the accommodation. This property is less suitable however for people with mobility problems. It wasn't a problem to us though, and we liked the exercise. Besides, there is also a road going up to the villa. The owner has been very kind to us and really made us feel welcome. Recommended!

A suitable place for a leisurely break in the beautiful town of Cavtat with a beautiful panorama.

Cavtat is a beautiful place for a leisurely holiday. And Villa Rozic is very close to the central street. The villa’s cafe offers beautiful views of the city, but right next to the cemetery on the hill - a fantastic sunset.

Breakfast was not possible in Covid conditions. And someone might find it tiring to climb stairs to a location.

Beautiful Cavtat

It was clean, great value for money, the owners made sure we were comfortable and they were very friendly and welcoming. We weren’t bothered that there were no kitchen facilities as we planned on eating out the whole time we were there and shops and restaurants and bars are 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The view is stunning and the area so peaceful, picturesque, clean and relaxing. We had a fabulous time and can’t wait to come back. Only downside - 3 days was definitely not long enough, we’ll be coming for longer next time.

La vue imprenable !

Lors de mon séjour, j’ai constaté plusieurs points négatifs qui méritent d’être soulignés. Tout d’abord, le mobilier présentait une certaine fragilité, donnant une impression de manque d’entretien général. Ensuite, la climatisation de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Passer une semaine entière dans une chambre à plus de 35 °C a été particulièrement difficile. Aucune solution alternative ne m’a été proposée (ventilateur, climatisation mobile, changement de chambre…), et le personnel a fait preuve d’une indifférence regrettable face à cette situation inconfortable. De plus, aucune consigne n’a été donnée pour l’utilisation du chauffe-eau, ce qui a rendu son fonctionnement peu évident. Enfin, le linge de lit (draps notamment) méritait une attention plus rigoureuse, tant au niveau de la qualité que de l’entretien, ce qui a renforcé l’impression générale d’un service manquant de soin et de professionnalisme.

Nie ma komfortowego wyposażenia ale jest za niepowtarzalny klimat, naturalność Świetna lokalizacja po pokonaniu 90 schodów jest praktycznie do razu plaża i miasto

dame effroyable, qui fait franchement peur 0 intimité lit très mal fait, couette sans housse de couette, un pauvre drap posé sur le lit. toilettes ne fonctionne presque pas. il faut tirer deux fois la chasse d’eau. les voisins du dessous se plaignaient du manque de propreté. toque très fort à la porte et cri pour qu’on ouvre la porte. essaye de rentrer alors qu’on est dans la chambre. se plaint qu’on demande du papier toilette??!! ne nettoie pas la chambre tous les jours lit fait les 2 premiers jours et plus du tout après. quand elle vient « nettoyer » ne referme pas toujours la porte de chambre à clé. laisse alors la possibilité à qui conque de venir nous dérober. toutes nos affaires, papiers… vraiment très désagréable. boit pendant qu’elle travaille. manque complet d’amabilité. aucun accueil légitime, aucun renseignement concernant la ville. accueil froid. on dirait toujours qu’elle est énervée. conclusion; bien localisé dans la ville. accès à pied rapide des centres d’interêt. mais n’allez pas là si vous recherchez du repos, de l’intimité, de la tranquillité, et surtout un accueil chaleureux et de l’hygiène. agressivité.

On nous avait annoncé 78 marches or pour aller dans notre chambre il y en avait 129 ! Le parking public annoncé est à plus d'un kilomètre et pas facile de trouver de la place. Il est impossible de se garer au pied de la maison et pas facile de décharger les valises. Cette location convient pour des gens sans voiture et avec des bagages légers.
