The room was large, not new but clean . The staff was very helpful but some basic things were missing (It was provided by the staff upon request) :Kettle, cups, wine opener etc.

It looks as if the place once was much better , but deteriorated with time.

Lovely B&B near Milano

The host was fantastic, very welcoming and on hand to help when needed. We learnt so much more about Italy from the host, which we greatly appreciated. The location is not too far from Milan or the nearest town with shops which was great. The ducks and the goat was gteat to see on the property.

The property is in an area prone to a lot of mosquitos which is not the host's fault.

Perfect rest stop for cyclists on the Eurovelo 8 Route.

From the friendly welcome, after an easy cycle ride along the canal path from Pavia, until the time I departed contentedly after 2 nights, everything suited my needs perfectly. It was raining outside but my room was well furnished with a table and chair, a heater that worked, and a comfortable bed. I loved the garden, the ducks, Alpha the goat and the secure storage for my bike. Breakfast was good value, there was a restaurant with the best meal I have had so far in Italy just a few minutes walk away, the fascinating monastery of Certosa di Pavia was just a few minutes by bike.

Soundproofing between the rooms wasn't very good, but that is a small thing when everything else was so good.

Everything was amazing. Very calm surroundings, a lot of greenery, very friendly hosts and cozy rooms. It's the perfect place to calm your mind if you're used to the buziness of the city. I will definitely come back to stay for a longer period of time. ❤️

Very spartan. Hardly sufficient for an overnight stay.

Cleanness. Easy parking in the courtyard. Shared refrigerator available (on the terrace). Good price.

The rooms were very basic. Besides beds and 1 chair (for 2 people), no more furniture. No cups in the room (but the landlord provided cups on request).
