Very close to the University of Pavia. Clean, wide and comfrortable rooms. Nice shared kitchen for the breakfast. Good option for people coming for business at University. Many parking space along the street.
Acoustic insulation could be improved. Heaters with fan on the ceiling, no usual wall heaters in the rooms

È un b&b con cucina in comune, al mio arrivo la cucina era in disordine e così è rimasta fino al giorno successivo anche se i tavoli della colazione erano stati preparati. Non capivo quali cose fossero pulite e quali sporche. La colazione era limitata. La stanza umida e non particolarmente pulita.
