Il B&B Civico è collocato in una zona tranquilla, distante poco più di 1 Km dal centro (15 minuti a piedi), con supermercati e altri servizi nelle vicinanze. Parcheggio gratuito in strada. Pulizia impeccabile e buona dotazione sia per il bagno che nella cucina comune. Locale dedicata alla colazione. Colazione più che adeguata. L'host - sig. Fortunato - è una persona estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Indicazioni per l'accesso molto chiare. Ingresso \ uscita totalmente in autonomia
Nulla di particolare. Come proposta (non critica) di valutare per la colazione anche prodotti senza lattosio e, eventualmente anche il salato. Ci sono delle minime sistemazioni da effettuare (es. lampade comodini letto, maniglia doccia) ma niente che abbia influenzato la qualità della struttura
