Nice room, clean, comfortable. Location is perfect - very nice neighbourhood, quiet steet, about 5-10 mins walk from metro (green line), quick to get to the city center, lots of food and shops nearby.

Dealing with auto checkin machine is annoying. Storing luggage before checkin or after checkout is not free. Those are minor issues though, and I still think this hotel is 10/10

On the positive side, the room was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with air conditioning and a TV. The balcony was exceptionally large, which was a nice bonus. The bathroom was also very spacious and kept clean throughout my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in is completed online upon arrival, making the process quick and convenient. Free drinking water is available at the reception, which is a thoughtful touch. The location is well connected to the city centre by both metro and bus, including night bus services. Reaching the centre takes around 30 minutes by public transport, while the airport can be reached in approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

As for the downsides, during my stay the weather was very hot, and the room felt somewhat humid at times. The air conditioning helped keep the temperature comfortable, but it needed to run quite frequently to achieve that. Since the unit was positioned in a way that directed airflow toward the bed area, it was not always comfortable to leave it on continuously. The management had placed air fresheners in the room, which was appreciated and helped improve the overall atmosphere. While this was a minor inconvenience, it did not significantly affect my stay, and overall I had a positive experience.

Great place in every way, except one. Lovely place, as long as you are not disabled.

They did not wish to allow my service dog. I am disabled. I have panic disorder. I notified the facility, in advance, regarding my service dog. They did not respond. When I arrived around 11pm, they stated they do not allow dogs, which caused a lot of severe anxiety. My dog prevented a full blown panic attack, but I was crying for hours afterward. They begrudgingly allowed my dog to stay with me. But I did not feel at all welcomed. I checked out early the next morning, hurrying to escape any further scrutiny. I will not stay there in the future.

The location is excellent. Close to metro and right next to Palacio Vistalegre. Neighborhood was quiet at night and felt safe. Lots of dining options nearby.

They used a device in the bathroom which emitted fragrance. It was way too effective and spread out into the entire room. I slept very bad due to this. Second day I disconnected the device and had the balcony door open all day which made the air passable.
