Great place in every way, except one. Lovely place, as long as you are not disabled.
They did not wish to allow my service dog. I am disabled. I have panic disorder. I notified the facility, in advance, regarding my service dog. They did not respond. When I arrived around 11pm, they stated they do not allow dogs, which caused a lot of severe anxiety. My dog prevented a full blown panic attack, but I was crying for hours afterward. They begrudgingly allowed my dog to stay with me. But I did not feel at all welcomed. I checked out early the next morning, hurrying to escape any further scrutiny. I will not stay there in the future.

The staff was really friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet and felt safe too.
The only thing that I didn’t like is the location which is not very close to the city center. However there is very reliable public transport (bus/metro) to reach it.

The location is excellent. Close to metro and right next to Palacio Vistalegre. Neighborhood was quiet at night and felt safe. Lots of dining options nearby.
They used a device in the bathroom which emitted fragrance. It was way too effective and spread out into the entire room. I slept very bad due to this.
Second day I disconnected the device and had the balcony door open all day which made the air passable.
