Clean and covers all the basics. We walked to the center of Madrid but the metro is super close!

Close to the metro. Clean and decent kitchenware
The WiFi could be slow inside the rooms but good and decent speed in the lobby. The front desk was almost always unattended but when attended they were very helpful.

Phenomenal shower. The room is perfect size when you don’t need to use the sofa bed; otherwise, too cramped. The small kitchenette is helpful. Nice to have a metro station only a five minute walk away but the neighborhood is a bit run down and proper restaurants are limited (although plenty of bar restaurants).
Not unexpected but having to pay for parking is always a letdown. With perseverance, it’s possible to find street parking.

super clean, nice facilities
the tv was far away, next to the couch so i couldn't watch from bed, they have smart lights that are meant to turn on when you get up but they turned on every time i changed sleeping positions and it really messed with my sleep, there's no one to check you in or help when the machine kiosk falters which was highly upsetting, there's no room service during your stay at all, not even bed making.
