Our luxury, 3 Bedroom, 18th floor penthouse condominium located directly on the sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico awaits your arrival. This condo is like none that you've seen, with custom furnishings and designer linens throughout.
Inside the 1,680 sq/ft condo at Beach Colony West, you'll discover a residence decorated in a coastal chic décor. The open floor plan includes a spacious kitchen with all stainless appliances, granite countertops and great pantry. The open floor plan concept features a large dining room which can accommodate 8 comfortably and opens into the spacious living room and adjacent reading nook. With breath taking views in every direction, you'll iely not want to take advantage of the large flat screen TV and DVD, but know it's there for those rare rainy days.
The 270 sq/ft terrace is the perfect spot for that morning cup of coffee or sunset cocktail while watching the dolphins play in the surf. The longest pier in the northwest Florida is right out your front terrace just calling your name to come and catch up the evening's dinner!
The master suite features access to the terrace, views of the gulf, and a jetted whirlpool tub overlooking the gorgeous Gulf waters. Beautifully decorated with custom linens with a large walk in closet, flat screened TV and DVD, you'll feel like you're a guest at the finest 5 star resort and never want to leave your king sized bed.
The second bedroom also features a king sized bed complete with custom linens and an adjacent full sized ensuite bath. A large flat screened TV and DVD included.
The third guest suite features a full sized ensuite bath, with 2 full size beds. Bedding and drapery provides for a fun coastal feel retreat. A large flat screened TV and DVD provided as well.
A laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer provides for easy clean up after a day at the beach or lounging by the largest pool in Navarre! Included in your rental is free beach set up with 2 loungers and 1 umbrella ( March1-Oct 31) so no carrying chairs back and forth to enjoy the surf!
Navarre Beach is centrally located, between Pensacola and Destin, with restaurants, shops, outlet malls and plenty of kid-friendly activities and entertainment available for your enjoyment. Three great restaurants and bars are within walking distance from the condo!
The condo also comes with 2 covered parking spaces, one reserved, one unreserved, in the same building as the onsite tennis courts. There is also a small fitness room available for those who want a little more than long walks on the beach or through the nearby National Beach reserves.

The condo was perfect!!! The kitchen has everything you could need. The rooms had comfortable beds with additional blankets if needed. Living area even had throw blankets. Would absolutely love to stay in this condo again. Our host was so attentive & went above & beyond to ensure we had a great girls trip.
