This beautiful 3/BR 3 bath Ocean Front Penthouse Condo offers the very best panoramic and unobstructed views of the emerald colored Gulf of Mexico and the snow white sand beaches of Navarre Beach on Santa Rosa Island. This penthouse condo features a custom luxury interior with a mix of Caribic/Key West design for your ultimate comfort and style surpassing the coveted 5 star platinum designation.
The amenities inside this beach front penthouse include 3 bedrooms, each with a private bath. King bed in the Master, two queen beds in guest room #1 and 1 queen bed in guest room #2. Each bedroom has their own bathroom. There is access to a bathroom from the hall to avoid having to enter someones private bedroom. We chose the highest quality mattresses for a restful night sleep. You may want to relax a bit in the living area and enjoy the flat screen Sony Bravia TV. All of the bedrooms are furni The 'beach bum' bedroom will delight the child or the inner child! Oh, and let's not forget the 'in house' chef. The premier gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for the most discriminating cook that enjoys 'eating in', including an AIR FRYER, not to mention the very best views of the ocean and the beach, or the 'casual cook' preparing horsdeuvres, a meal, or enjoying a refreshment at the bar! You might want to wind down with dinner or drinks sitting on the balcony enjoying friendships and family while taking in the picturesque setting. After a day at the beach, dinner and refreshments, how about sinking in your jetted tub in this romantic master bath while looking out the windows and viewing nothing but a beautiful blue ocean paradise while enjoying your privacy.
Beach Colony Resort is the newest resort on the beach. For your convenience there are two covered parking spaces. You will enjoy the privacy and security at Beach Colony West. Beautiful condo and gorgeous view of the Gulf. I saw dolphins at sunrise from the large balcony. King bed in primary suite was super comfortable. Condo was spacious for the family with privacy from a split floor plan. Perfect spot on the beach for maximum relaxation.

Everything was wonderful. The view is fantastic and so relaxing out on the veranda. Comfortable beds and great showers. Very nice kitchen to cook in. The beach set up is great but let me remind you unless you want to get up at 6:30 am to secure a front row spot. You can pay the beach guy upfront to set you up for the next day for 10 and he will have your name on beach setup in front row. Shell hunting is fun but you need to go around 3:30 to shell hunt as the tide is coming in. The sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous and night walks or sitting on the beach is cool because the white sand keeps it light on the beach. Beach setup probably 6:00 am to 5 pm sharp, anything after take your own chairs down. Extra chairs out on veranda for later. As the pool goes it was perfect for a change and open late. We will definitely come back to this destination. I will also note parking in the first garage in is tight, good for cars but close for trucks. Thank you for a great week!!

Nice decorations, comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen, but the while place was very outdated. Not enough chairs in the living area for everyone to have a comfortable seat. Not much storage space in the bedroom with the 2 beds and the closet was hard to get to- very close to 1 of the beds. 2 lounge chairs and 1 bar chair on the balcony were broken. 1/2 of the balcony was uncovered so when it rained, (which it did a lot), it was hard to stay dry. The view from the balcony was spectacular! Never did find a private elevator to our floor, but the elevators were pretty fast- never had to wait too long. Carts to transport your things were readily available. The private parking space in the garage was nice- right across from the condo entrance, but the spaces were small and was a very tight squeeze with our large vehicle. Location was nice- able to easily walk to the pier and several nearby restaurants. The property entrance gate wasn't working the 1st several days there, so anyone could have driven onto the property. Did see security personnel patrolling the property while we were there and checking wristbands at the pool entrances.
