In this vacation Rental you are truly "Next-Ta-Sea."
The Pearl 802 offers two-bedrooms, two-full bathrooms and a private beachfront balcony. As you enter the condo you are greeted with a full kitchen and dining area. The living room is connected to the balcony which gives you the perfect view to take in the stunning emerald waters of Navarre Beach. It even offers an electric fireplace for cooler seasons and romantic nights with your significant other. The master bedroom just off of the living room is made for relaxation with a king bed and a private door to the balcony. The additional bedroom is family ready with a queen bed and a full over full bunk bed.
This condo is a great place to have a relaxing beach getaway for a small family or a group of friends. Need more room? This room can also be conjoined with Pearl 801 (if available) to sleep an additional 12 guests.
The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. And there are community gas and charcoal grills and enough parking for two vehicles!

This our 3rd visit to Navarre Beach and The Pearl and this unit was exactly what we were looking for. The only thing we would have changed is that we are used to the units including at least two chairs and umbrella set up. Other than that it was great. The office staff was quick with responses and booking questions I had.

We love Navarre and the Pearl. This was a very nice clean unit, although some areas looked a little worn out. Some small maintenance issues around the trim and under cabinets look rough as did the dining room table and chairs. This unit has an option to connect with a larger unit next door so I'm sure it accommodates big crowds and takes a beating. These are no longer new units so could not expect perfection. Was assured by property management they were aware of condition, and we would not be charged. That was my biggest concern. Comfortable and charming and beautiful views. Chair rental has gotten very expensive. I'd recommend for sure.

When theres several "high rise" condos close to each orher, the beachfront is crowded and a pain in the neck. Rental beach set ups block the water.
