Great beach view from the living room and master bathroom. Beach was beautiful! Ocean was as clear as Iâve ever seen. We had a great time. The room was much older than expected and not as clean as expected. There were a couple things that needed to be fixed right when we got there and we contacted them right away during their regular hours through the texting service requested, but we got no response. We emailed them when we didnât hear back after a while and they sent someone to fix one of the problems the next day, but they asked us to please just use the texting service. If they want guests to use the texting service, they need to be responsive that way.

It was the perfect size for our family of eight. The easy access to both the pool and the beach was a highlight, and everything was well maintained and clean. The only thing we would have preferred is a heated pool. The condo itself was spotless, and the view was absolutely spectacular.

The condo itself was comfortable. Located on the 13th floor with amazing views. Communication with the management company was fine. All the amenities contracted for were not available. The pool was shut for 17 out of the 19 days we stayed. We were provided some compensation. Would suggest anyone staying to check the vents and fans in the unit to insure they are clear and clean. We did make the mgmt co aware of this as well. WiFi was out a couple of days and water in the building was shut for a period of time. We were right on the cusp of the busy season so coming to stay in February was when it seemed all the fit up is done. Itâs not our usual experience when staying in similar accommodations through VRBO or other rental properties. We didnât know the maintenance of the property would occur at this point. The beach front was the highlight.
