Occupancy: Maximum 8 guests. No large groups or parties allowed.
Security: For your safety and compliance with Resort rules, the exterior front door is monitored by a Ring doorbell camera.
No pets or ESAs permitted. If traveling with an ADA service animal, you must contact the host before booking; host approval is required.
Beach Service: While complimentary service is provided, front-row placement is not guaranteed by the resort.
The resort's premium pool facilities are professionally managed by the complex. Occasional maintenance may occur to ensure the highest safety standards. As these schedules are managed independently, we are unable to offer refunds for temporary closures.
Agreement: A signed rental agreement listing all guests (including daytime visitors) is required.

We had a great experience! The location was perfect! The view was amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed and we do alot of cooking! The full size crockpot was perfect for easy dinners after a day of beaching, shelling and exploring! We loved how close it was to the pier The rinse off stations were perfectly postioned and the pool and pool area was immaculate! The staff was super friendly! The only thing that was a little bit negative for us was cleanliness of the unit. We found a chocolate candy ball under the table, and a chip bag in one of the rooms (under the side table), and the outdoor balcont table needs a good scrub down, but none of that would stop us from coming back. The elevators are fast, and the walkways are spotless. The staff was amazing and the facility as a whole was perfect! It was also nice that there was a plug in fan! Overall THANK YOU for a great stay!! It was very quiet, and we met alot of really nice people!
