About this apartment rental
After a day of activities on the snow-white sand of Navarre Beach, you may just want to relax. There is no better place to do it than on the large, circular terrace of this 15th (!) floor luxury condominium. From here you can enjoy a 270-degree panoramic view of the beach, the fishing pier, and beautiful Santa Rosa Sound.
Inside you will enjoy the beauty of a professionally decorated, 1400-square-foot home. The master bedroom is large and the master bathroom is phenomenal as it seems to jut out into the Gulf of Mexico.
Of course, there are three smart televisions. And feel free to add to the games and puzzles.
The modern kitchen is completely equipped with anything you might possibly need - coffee maker and Kurig, blender, microwave, ice maker, spices, etc. I would recommend getting extra bags of ice for the beach and such. Also, this condo comes with complimentary beach service of 2 chairs and umbrella from March-October.
This vacation treat yourself to luxury at a very affordable price!

Perfect place for a stay-cation and Mardi Gras parade setup. The amenities were great. Condo is updated and just beautiful.

We stayed 3 weeks in this condo and Seth was an excellent host. He was quick to respond with any questions we had. The condo was very clean, stocked with everything we needed and has a gorgeous view of the pier, beach, and crystal clear waters of the Emerald Coast. The parking garage, pool and beach access are great. You can walk on the beach, the paved walking trail, or the pier. Great place to relax and recharge.

Condo could use a lot of updating and it would be a perfect place. Beds weren’t comfortable at all, need new mattresses at least. Instead of replacing faucets/hardware, it was all painted and some of the paint was off. When I first booked the condo it said 20 lb dog allowed. Wanted to clarify before leaving home, and Brad asked me why I thought I could bring a dog. He changed his listing, and told me I must have looked at the wrong listing. Then proceeded to tell me his family is allergic to dogs, and I was fine with not bringing mine. Had to ask for check in info before making a 10 hour drive, and he finally sent it (supposed to be 24 hours before check in).. and guess how it was signed! Sincerely Brad (family), and Coco the pup🤣. Instead of lying and making a big deal over my Frenchie, he could’ve just said it was a mistake on the listing and that would’ve been fine with me. Nice condo though, just needs some updating.
