This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront condo is located on the 1st floor of the Beach Colony East building at Beach Colony Resort. This condo offers Gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful beaches of Navarre await you from every window and from your own private balcony.
This Gorgeous Condo sleeps up to 8 people. With over 1750 square feet, there's plenty of room for the whole family, for entertaining friends while on your vacation. This Condo has been thoughtfully furnished and professionally decorated, so that your family has everything they need to have an amazing vacation at the beach.
The fully stocked kitchen features granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. Start your day off in the breakfast nook with spectacular views of the Gulf. There's nothing better than sipping your morning coffee on the spacious large balcony overlooking the beach.The comfortably furnished living room offers an large flat screen smart TV, large sofa sectional. There is plenty of seating for everyone to relax together.
The condo has A full-size washer and dryer allows you to pack light and ensures you'll always have dry beach towels. All doors and windows feature plantation shutters, so you can enjoy the spectacular views or shut out the light when you want to sleep in.
The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and direct access to the large balcony. The master bathroom features an oversized garden soaking tub and spacious stand-up shower. Even when getting ready for the day, you're greeted with amazing beach views from the large bathroom windows.
The second bedroom offers two full size beds and a full-size closet. The second full bathroom is accessible from the hallway.
The third bedroom offers a queen- size bed and a full closet. Private bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower. As a guest of this unit, you have access to the owner's private storage area with all the amenities you need for the beach, including beach chairs,umbrella, and much more. The Beach Colony Resort is a gated resort property comprised of two towers. Each floor has 4 condos per floor for privacy and seclusion. Pet friendly, host was timely with answers for my questions, but would answers my questions with "I think "or " I'll have to check " and never confirmed my answers. There is a Keurig coffee maker and there are lined pickleball courts, although the lines are faded. Several of the light bulbs were burnt out and the smoke alarm batteries were dead and bleeping at us. We were asked to start a load of towels but soap was not provided. Two of the three bathrooms had no hand soap. Kitchen supplies were adequate but terribly unorganized.

This condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect for my husband and I and my son and his family. The pool was large and beautiful with an easy access to the beach. It was wonderful each of us having our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well supplied. The only things that were lacking were decent knives and a cutting board, other than that, everything was definitely to our liking.
