San Carlos 402 is a beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bath condominium offering an amazing Gulf-front view from the 4th floor.
• Enjoy direct balcony access from both the living room and the primary bedroom.
• Vinyl plank flooring is featured throughout the unit.
• The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The dining table seats six, with an additional four barstools at the kitchen counter.
• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.
• The living area has a sofa sleeper.
• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.
• The second bedroom features two full-size beds.
• Skip the long lines - this unit offers keyless entry for seamless check-in and check-out.
• A maximum of two vehicles is permitted. Parking passes must be purchased onsite at the front desk upon arrival on the 3rd floor. Passes are $50 each, plus tax.
• Per the San Carlos HOA: The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and remain onsite for the entire stay. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, as mandated by the San Carlos Board of Directors.
This property is designated as a ‘No Smoking’ property, including all unit balconies. A designated smoking area is available near the BBQ area.

Everything was perfect. Only complaint was the entry code for the door was changed before check out time the morning of departure. We almost got locked out. Would definitely stay again. The view was perfect and the property was very well kept.

Beautiful condo overlooking the beach. We had a wonderful time and could recommend this property to friends and family. Daily text from Martin were appreciated and check in and out were very simple with clear instructions. Bravo!

Nice area, nice condo. Love the view and beach access. The pool however was closed our entire stay. During our visit it was cold and we didn't get much time in the Ocean so the pool would have been nice to use. We did forget some souvenir jewlery in the condo that we were unable to retrieve. All in all we would stay there again happily.

Yes, we had a great view of the Gulf.I was surprised that there were only two coat hangers, for two closets and up to 8 guests.
