San Carlos 303 is a beautifully decorated three-bedroom, three-bath condominium offering a stunning Gulf-front view from the 3rd floor.
• Enjoy direct balcony access from both the living room and the primary bedroom.
• Tile flooring extends throughout the entire unit.
• The fully equipped kitchen features everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining table seats six, and four barstools provide additional seating at the counter.
• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.
• The living area has a sofa sleeper.
• The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, and the en suite bathroom includes a double vanity and a large jetted tub.
• The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed.
• The third bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed as well.
• Skip the long lines - this unit offers keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out.
• A maximum of two vehicles is permitted. Parking passes must be purchased onsite at the front desk on the 3rd floor. Passes are $50 each, plus tax.
• Per the San Carlos HOA: The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and remain onsite for the entire stay. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, as mandated by the San Carlos Board of Directors.
This property is designated as a ‘No Smoking’ property, including all unit balconies. A designated smoking area is available near the BBQ area.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my cousin’s 75th birthday! The condo was clean and perfect for us! We loved having 3 king beds and having 3 bathrooms was GREAT! The view of the beach from the inside of the condo was breathtaking! The condo was easily accessible for us “older” gals! We loved it and will most likely return as soon as we can!

Condo was very nice! View of the gulf and patio are outstanding. Only downsides were the pool being closed for maintenance the entire stay and the mattresses being worn out and “cratered”. The drain in one of the front bathroom showers was also plugged.

The condo was nice don't get me wrong. The stress coming back after the wharf to no power and then the communication between 1:30am and 8:00am was all stress on me. I love the shores but this did make me lose some great time and relaxation for sure. Matt was great too he fixed it so we can have power and heat our last night but to be honest we didn't end up doing anything as we didn't sleep much the night prior.
