This smoke-free unit features a King bed in the Master bedroom, a Queen bed in Guest bedroom 1, and a Queen in bedroom 3. Unit 1004 has modern and contemporary decor/furnishings and a full-size washer and dryer. Monthly stays are available from November until March. Parking is at a premium, so a 2-car limit is strictly enforced.

Very nice condo. The location made getting around easy. We actually walked to the restaurants right there in the area (4 or 5 great choices within a mile of the location). The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was great. Every convenience you could imagine. The greatest part was the customer service and the attention to details. I would also like to complement the young lady who helped us with the beach chairs and umbrellas. We set that up on the first day and after that we didn’t have to worryabout that again! Great job. If there was anything negative it was the household supplies. We ran out on the first night and had to make a Walmart run. I know we will return to San Carlos 1004 it is a beautiful place to stay and so worth the price.

The condo was very comfortable. I appreciate the comfortable furniture. The cleanliness was good. I did notice some dirty silverware. The view was great. The mattress in the master needs to be upgraded/replaced. There were some plumbing issues-stopped up toilet in the master and the dishwasher did not run properly. A maintenance person just walked into the condo one afternoon without us even answering the door. He was at the wrong condo. Overall I was pleased with the condo and will stay there again.

We enjoyed our vacay and while 1 issue alone wasn't enough to impact our stay, the issues kept arising. We had multiple issues with the main one having been the AC wouldn't go below 72 despite running non stop and multiple HVAC maintenance visits. The mgmt company did respond to every issue but despite those efforts, the main issue was never resolved. We go to the beach multiple times a year and have never had an AC that wouldn't at least get to 68. Four degrees doesn't sound like much but trust me, at night when you are trying to sleep, it definitely is. The condo needs a lot of TLC and a good cleaning. The master bathroom had mildew/mold growing all in the shower and on the ceiling. The paint was peeling off the ceiling bc of the moisture in there. The AC vent in that bathroom never worked. One of the tubs wouldn't drain properly (that was fixed). The drains in the kitchen had a terrible smell. Maintenance did come put something in it which helped for a bit but the smell came back. The couch, pillows, and rug in the living room smelled amd had so many stains and smelled. I had fabric febreeze with me so we used that and it helped some. Most of the vents in the the bathrooms were hanging out of the ceiling. I did share all of this with the mgmt company our first night and told them most weren't affecting our stay. That being said, we loved the location but not sure we'd ever stay again. Maybe if we could rent a different condo directly from an owner...
