This huge 1407-square-foot condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or enjoying the sunset. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. This smoke-free unit features a King bed in the Master bedroom, a Queen bed in Guest bedroom 1, and a Queen in bedroom 3. Unit 1004 has modern and contemporary decor/furnishings and a full-size washer and dryer. Monthly stays are available from November until March. Parking is at a premium, so a 2-car limit is strictly enforced.

Piece of cake for check in and check out Elizabeth was fantastic with thorough and expedient correspondence. Always kind and respectful. Elevators are quick at San Carlos. The pool was clean. The beach is easily accessible- it’s great there’s a walkway. Chair service through SunCoast is top notch. Guests leave items such as boogie boards, beach toys, chairs etc. under the outside stairwell by the pool- check that spot for additions to your beach day. This unit is well equipped with blender, coffee maker and all cooking utensils. Loads of space for three couples. If you plan to stay for longer than a couple days, be sure to bring more tp, paper towels, and dish and laundry detergent. Side note- we bow fished twice. Def ask for Tracey with Night Fish Charter service. He was wonderful! Over the top and BIG FUN! Dinner at Jesse’s on the Bay did not disappoint. Dinner at Perch was lovely with Natalie as our server. Even through a huge pop up storm she accommodated us outdoors, then inside without flaw even though the restaurant was packed. This unit is relatively walkable to most anything you’d need - especially with an Island Mkt across the street. Don’t delay - book quick

First let me say the Condo was very nice. However, it was not properly cleaned. The dishwasher had dried food dried to bottom of it, that was obviously had been there for sometime. Dishwasher nearly fell out of its space when attempting to open it... The floors were nice, but very filthy. Grit everywhere on the floors and apparently had not been mopped for sometime. Attempted to go barefoot, your feet were black..... Dried food also in the drinking glasses provided in the cabinet. We washed all dishes by hand. Kerig did not work. We went to dollar general & purchased a mop and cleaned the floors where we walked...
