Excellent location for the old city and places to eat etc. Room was clean and comfortable - excellent value for the price. The staff were very friendly- especially Sam - who sorted out a trip for us - nothing was too much trouble. We bought an excellent breakfast from them.

A very pleasant hotel within easy walking distance of the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar. The staff was kind and polite, the rooms were large, and the atmosphere was nice and quiet.
The Wi-Fi was quite weak in our rooms. The rooms themselves are fairly basic, especially the bathroom and shower, which felt a bit outdated.

Adequate hotel located in the back streets between Tha Phae & Loi Kroh roads making it super convenient to all things on the eastside of town. Staff is very kind and there's a small pool across from the hotel to cool off in. Bed very comfy.
Windows didn't seal up when closed so the room never really cooled down because all the air from aircon can just escape through the cracks in the windows. Pressure on bumgun extreme! The biggest discomfort was all the construction they were doing that began each morning around 09:00 and was very loud and noisy.
