Lovely stay!

It was a lovely room with a beautiful view from the balcony. We could watch the sunset. The location was perfect! Super close to the beach. It was very clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed it!

Great view

The owner was so helpful. He was able to get the room ready early for us and gave us a good overview of what to do in town. The path to the beach is right across the street. We could see the Adriatic from our balcony. A rack to dry clothes on was on the balcony with clothes pins. The room was perfectly clean.

Perfect room and nice location!

The apartment is nice. You need to consider, that the small room does not have a kitchen, so you can not cook your food. But beyond this, it is really nice. The bed is comfortabel and the room is clean and really nice, especially the balcony. There was also a safe place for my bicycle. And Marko and Irena are really nice! The location is perfect. It's a little bit on the Hill. But you are between the city center of Hvar and the famous beach. 10 minutes to walk to reach both of them. Supermarkets are also close.

There is nothing to mention that was not perfect.

Lovely host! Marko sent us a guide to the city. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was a 10/10. If I ever come back to Hvar, I would definitely stay here again!

Very good

The view from balcony is the highlight of apartment.Plenty of room for our family of 3,and very well equipped!Walk up to apartment takes around 15mins uphill,great to walk off dinner etc!!Nearby beach is a pleasant hike down a Stony path,but well worth the walk,lovely beach..water shoes a must for swimming and manoeuvring stones!

Exceptional

I want to start by saying that the host, Irena, was absolutely great and helpful with whatever we needed. The apartment was specious, very clean and it literally had everything one might need, from all the tools in the kitchen and bathroom and even chargers (dif countries) and face masks for all guests that might have forgotten. We absolutely enjoyed the big terrace with a great view. As a location - a 15 min walk to the old town, close to a supermarket and (most importantly) very close to ones of the best beaches in Hvar (such as Robinson or Pokonji Dol). Totally recommend it.

Amazing stay in a lovely cosy apartment. Hvar is simply beautiful.

We were in apartment 5 and the view from the balcony was unbelievable. Irena was an excellent host nothing to much of a bother. Location at the top of a hill, so not for the faint hearted, but the views make up for it in my opinion. 10 minute walk to the nearest beach.

Substandard apartment in a poor location with very loud tenants, outdated decor, and a stressful experience

Unfortunately, there was very little we liked about the property.

We had an incredibly disappointing stay at Apartments Irena. The ocean view from the balcony is largely obstructed - the photos are highly deceptive. The room and decor is very outdated. The bathroom door would not close properly. The balcony light flickered constantly. The other tenants were loud, but even normal conversation could be heard through the walls. On our last night, an infant was constantly crying loudly, and made it a very stressful experience. One of the bathroom towels, although it smelled clean, had two makeup stains on it. Neither me nor my partner uses makeup. When we arrived at the apartment and called the number given, the lady on the phone said she did not know what number room we were staying in. It was only when we called a second time that she was able to say, and was unable to provide clear instructions on how to check in. Overall, we were significantly disappointed by our stay at Apartments Irena. It was stressful and the apartment was substandard.

Great views and close to the beach!

Everything was very clean, the beach was very close and the views were amazing, there are some supermarkets close as well.

It's a short walk to get to the center, but taking into account the noise of the old town, it's worth walking a little more and having a good rested night sleep.

Great place in Hvar

Just out of the centre (15 min walk to the harbour) and very close to a beatiful beach (Pokonji Dol). The room was amazing. Very nice sunset view on the balcony, great bed, nice bathroom en very well equipped kitchen. Irena is a great host who wants to help you with everything.

It was all excellent with a lot of character. Great hosts, very clean, great location, nice neighbourhood, comfy rooms with enough space for a group of friends.

It's a bit of an uphill walk coming from the pier, would recommend a taxi if you have a lot of luggage

Excellent time in Hvar

Everything was perfectly clean and the apartment is extremely well equipped! We spent excellent nights as the bed was very comfortable, and really enjoyed having a drink on the balcony with the sea wiew... The apartment is spacious, and offers an excellent value for money, especially in Hvar!

It was a bit long and uphill way from the town centre, but the proximity to the beach, the wiew, the quietness of the neighborhood and the quality of the apartment is totally worth it!

We liked the location. It’s close to the beach and also to the city centre. Great view from the balcony and enough space for four people.

Refrigerator was absolutely too small for four people and it was in bad shape. Bathroom door was hard to close.

Amazing location on the hill overlooking the town with a wonderful view. Several grocery shops within 10 minute walk and a beach only 5 minutes away. Apartment had all required facilities was cosy and welcoming, even had such niche items as a blender!
