I used it as a stopover. So it served a prepose. The room was clean and tidy and the staff helpful.

If you didn’t get down for evening meal early the salad bar and cold option weren’t replaced.

Good hotel for a brief ski trip

Breakfast was good, dinners as well, even though I would have differentiated more (like offer seafood and meat pasta on the same day, rather than offering 2 different kind of meat pastas on the same day and 2 fish pastas the next day).

The size of the room was a little bit small for 3 adults with all the luggages and gears to ski. Pillows were pretty low, some may like it, others may not appreciate that.

Nice place to stay for visiting Dolomiti mountins

The hotel have a very nice position, near to the main street (with excelent mountins view) and there are many parking places. The breakfeast and dinner were quite good, friendly staff at the restaurant.

The rooms in the back are near to the river and the windows doean't quite isolate the noise. Also, the bed was not very confortable.

City - excellent position related with peaks and passes that we want to visit Food was excellent!

Hotel could be better if rooms cleaning will be done with more accuracy. We didn't want to clean room after guests that used before that room, also we don't have expectations for cleaning every day...bed arranged every day but under the bed dirty and dirty... bathroom too

The food was EXCELLENT, especially the dinner. I was a little bit disappointed by the breakfast, there was the machine for coffee/cappuccino, not the best. The cakes were delicious, but the jam was the packed one, it wasn't fresh at all the whole breakfast. The dinner/lunch was perfect, congrats to the chef!! :) The waitresses were amazing, we had a brilliant stay there.

The room was really small for 4 adults. I travelled with my family, we had a bunk bed and it wasn't comfortable at all. The wifi wasn't working perfectly, considering that I had to work for many days, I had to use my personal connection, even if I asked them in advance.

we came for ski vacation and stayed for a full week. the hotel is located in a perfect place quiet and peaceful very close to the skibus station. the staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast and dinner was fantastic with traditional Italian cosines.

Wi-Fi is not available through out the all facility. good reception is only in the ground floor next to the reception desk. the spa is available only by preorder and with very limited time.

Nice stay in Canazei

I spent there 6 days and overall it was a pleasant experience. The staff is very kind, especially the receptionist Zethira who helped me solve a few problems I had and who was very professional. I liked also the buffet dinner with different menu every night. Breakfast was ok. They have a good parking space and the position is convenient because it is out of the mess but not far from the center and cable cars. They also have a room for your bike and I have seen some electric cars charging through their power lines.

The rooms need renovation as does the whole hotel. The hot water in the bathroom wasn't always hot. The price overall is a bit dear, in my opinion.

It was my second time here. Dinner is super!! Meat, fish, many types of italian cuisine, desert, portion is big, and you can take more! 2 stops from ski-lifts. Bus stop is very close!

Perfect hotel for skiing in Sella Ronda even for families.

Food is great and more than enough even served as sefservice. Hotel is well heated and clean. Personell is friendly and helpful. Family double room is spacey. Beds are confidential. Last day you can deposit your laguage at the hotel while skiing. Nearest bus stop is 50-100 m and busses are frequent (lines 1 2 3 5)

1. Breakfast should start at seven to avoid ,,trafic jam" at 7.30 (first ski bus is at 8.16, if you miss it you queue long line in Alba Ciampac) or start at 7.30 as it is now and add one more coffee machine and more space to collect your breakfast . 2. More space for skis and boot dryers (late comers never have a dryer) 3. Wifi to the rooms not only lobby

Con un po di manutenzione tutto sarebbe stato meglio

La cucina molto buona incluso sistema buffet.

Purtroppo la camera aveva diverse cose che con un po di attenzione da parte dei gestori si potevano notevolmente migliorare intanto la pulizia per una famiglia dove alcuni sono allergici agli acari della polvere e difficile stare li. Pur essendo una struttura datata con alcune piccole manutenzioni sarebbe stata molto piu accogliente il bagno asciugacapelli fisso non funzionante e staccato quasi dal muro. Box doccia che ha le vetrate che si tolgono se non stai attento ti cadono nei piedi. Bidè senza miscelatore. CAMERA una luce comodino con falsi contatti e armadio con maniglia staccata. Piccole cose ma.

Goede vriendelijke sfeer. Behulpzaam. Ondanks wat gedateerd zeer comfortabel en schoon! Goede faciliteiten voor ski's /schoenen. Skibus bijna voor de deur. (korting hiervoor in het hotel) Goede parkeergelegenheid.

Zoals we wisten geen WIFI op de kamer. Beneden goede ruimtes met uitstekend ontvangst.

Hotel datato, ma confortevole. Cena a buffet buona e varia (ho mangiato due sere), colazione con buona scelta. La posizione è valida, si trova sulla strada principale, all'inizio di Alba e a due fermate di skibus sia dalla cabinovia Belvedere di Canazei che dalla cabinovia di Alba. Prezzo in offerta pre-natalizia molto conveniente.

Il letto a castello dei bambini davvero di dimensioni ridotte, quasi al limite per un bambino di 11 anni, per il resto tutto ok!
