Excellent; I would definitely use the hotel again

The central touring location in the Dolomites, the secure underground parking for motorcycles that was free were booth great. The restaurant was excellent with some lovely menus and fine dining touches. Also little snacks with the drinks was nice. Staff very friendly

The fact that the restaurant/bar did not offer some more basic menus put us off from using it more than once on the 5-day trip, which was a pity. Fine dining every night may not suit many people. Canazei is at 1450m elevation, so it is perhaps not so surprising that in touring round the Dolomites for 5-days, we found Canazei the wettest location, often with drizzle, rain or afternoon thunderstorms. Take an umbrella if you walk into town!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel staff was exceptional - friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The location was very convenient and in a good area. The breakfast was decent, although I would have liked to see more variety in terms of vegetables and fruits. However, the dinner was absolutely amazing! It was the best food I've ever had, and the presentation was simply magical. I was truly impressed. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Excellent place, would like to go again!

We stayed in the top floor room, the room is so comfortable, and the bed is a plus! Blow the tower, the round bed is creative and sweet. We also enjoy the spa so much. Highly recommend this place.

I feel a bit nose allergic when in the room, it's not big trouble but perhaps there are still some dusts from the old furniture.

The view was good, the price is fair. They agreed to give us a kettle after we asked a couple of times which was nice of them and recommend activities for a rainy day.

We ordered 2 rooms as we are a family with 2 kids, they gave us rooms on different floors, we asked to change rooms, they said it was not possible. They were extremely rued when they saw we've connected an electric splitter to the socket, claiming we will set their hotel on fire, when all they had to do is ask us not to use it. In general, I dont recommend this hotel for families, the atmosphere there is of a place for a sleazy bachelor party, the fact that 30 bikers stayed there when we were there did not help. Out of 4 hotels we stayed at in Italy on our trip, this one was the most disapointing hotel, both staff wise and facility wise.

Wonderful stay with a fantastic staff!

Excellent and very considerate staff taking care of all our wishes and requests. The in house spa can be rented privatly, and is very good. The big rooms have a very nice view on the outskirts of the village and the mountains.

The meals in the restaurant are only very exclusive, adding a (limited) more common selection is what we would recommend. Nothing else to improve.

Culinair gastvrij hotel

Gastvrijheid staat bovenaan. Ontzettend bijzondere leuke kamer in het torentje. Genoten van de spa. Smaakexpolsies vanuit de keuken. Zeker een reden om een keer terug te komen.

Bed was wat hard als je dat niet gewend bent. Lampje bij het bed was fijn geweest.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Schöne Zimmer in einer angenehmen Größe. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Jedoch im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften etwas kleiner gehalten.

Am Preis - Leistungsverhältnis könnte gearbeitet werden. Ein Angebot über eine HP in einem vernünftigen Preisgefüge wäre wünschenswert. Da leider das Speisen Angebot kaum präsentiert wurde, sind diese Leistungen auch nicht in Anspruch genommen worden.

Un séjour agréable

Très bon emplacement dans le Val di Fassa. Hôtel de bon confort proposant un petit déjeuner très varié et de qualité. Literie confortable, chambre spacieuse. Hygiène irréprochable. Personnel courtois, avec une mention particulière à Désirée pour son accueil chaleureux et souriant.

Lors de notre séjour relativement long (9 nuits) nous n'avons que peu réussi à utiliser le balcon, par ailleurs spacieux et bien équipé, en raison du bruit important lié à la circulation , difficile également pour la même raison d'ouvrir porte et fenêtre. Penser à demander une chambre "à l'arrière" si vous êtes sensible au bruit. Par ailleurs, les moments de musique intense sur la terrasse peuvent ne pas plaire à tout le monde...

Pure verwennerij: culinaire klasse, ontspanning in gastvrij hotel

Een onvergetelijk verblijf in dit hotel Ons verblijf in dit hotel overtrof onze verwachtingen: de sfeer, de service en bovenal het culinaire niveau. Het diner is à la carte en is van sterrenkwaliteit – elke maaltijd ziet er prachtig uit en is een smaakvolle verrassing. Ook het ontbijt was heerlijk, van hoog niveau en ook dan kun je, zonder bijbetalen, producten krijgen vanuit de keuken. Daarnaast bood het hotel een kleine maar zeer fijne sauna, ideaal om volledig te ontspannen na een dag skiën. De combinatie van luxe, gastvrijheid en culinair genieten maakte ons verblijf compleet. Absoluut een aanrader!
