Good apartment, helpful staff

Very special thanks to the friendly women at the reception, they were very kind and helpful. There was a garage to park your car below the house, very handy. In front of the house the ski bus departs. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Nice place to stay

Location, covered parking, nearby skibus stop ( for lift Pecol and Ciampak), quiet place, very fast and stabile wifi connection, ski lock, room equipment (dishes, microowen, Owen)

Great value and location

I liked the staff reaction when we had an issue with broken kitchen stove top. The stuff was informative and supportive as well as understanding. We loved the location within minutes from the gondolas. I would definitely recommend Casa Canazei

Pulizia scarsa soprattutto nei servizi igienici. Servizi igienici con partí di vernice pareti e parti della vasca scrostate, pulizia non ottimale, parti danneggiate e/deteriorate della vasca e in generale del servizio igienico. Assenza di materiale per effettuare le previste e pretese pulizie post soggiorno. Cucina poco fornita di attrezzature. Appartamento assolutamente non adeguato al prezzo pagato

Appartamento fatiscente, vacanza rovinata. Sconsigliato

Niente. Appartamento fatiscente, con arredi datati e rimediati, cucina con ante cadenti, camera da letto con persiana rotta, bagno senza finestre e con ventola rumorosa, scarico del lavandino otturato, ma soprattutto odore fognante in tutto l’appartamento. Non abbiamo proseguito il soggiorno dopo la prima notte, nonostante avessimo pagato in anticipo per 7 notti. Abbiamo richiesto un rimborso mai avvenuto. Trovo scorretto chiedere un pagamento anticipato per un appartamento del genere, e non rimborsare di fronte a evidenti mancanze. Anzi, forse pensando in malafede è proprio per questo motivo che è richiesto un pagamento anticipato. Vi consiglio vivamente di trovare altre strutture in cui soggiornare se volete venire in vacanza a Canazei. Sono 30 anni che veniamo in val di Fassa, e questo appartamento è il peggiore mai visto in vita nostra.

La stanza da letto era abbastanza piccola. Se fosse stata più grande sarebbe stato perfetto.
