Super OK, I can come back anytime.

Alba is an amazing place with few good restaurants nearby. SPA was amazing and we didn’t expect so big quality if the saunas. I hope they will fix the showers or it might have been a problem with us not knowing how to use them properly.

The shower in the room was super small and we were hearing noises in our room when bathroom was used in the rooms nearby. Breakfast was okay, but can be better.

one week skiing holiday

Superb breakfast, great sauna (free of charge), underground parking, ski and boot rooms, skibus with discount, bus stop in front of the hotel, spacious room, nice and clean bathroom with good water pressure, warm temperature in the room, overall it was a good choice.

Very thin walls, you can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms, so it depends how lucky you are with your neighbours; once we woke up at 3:45 am becouse our neighbour was arranging the dishes in the kitchen

Very good

The breakfast was great! Eggs made to order, wonderful pastry options with incredible views of the Dolomites from both our room and the breakfast area. Would highly recommend the hotel for ski trips. Fabulous access to the Funifor Alba-Col dei Rossi tram that links to the Sella Ronda and the Alba-Ciampac gondola. The hotel is a 10 min walk or 5 min on the Ski Bus (leaves directly from in front of the hotel every 20 min in high season) from both.

We weren’t super impressed by the sauna area. It would have been nice to have a bit of tea/refreshments available and generally the area was a bit crammed. However, it was nice to have the option directly in the hotel.

Great location. Room was very clean (in fact it looked like it was recently refurbished). Excellent breakfast. Hotel staff was helpful. Overall, excellent value for money.

It was nice enough.

The breakfast was quite. They staff were generally helpful (apart from one point I've made below)

They had trouble returning my passport. The reception was closed on Sunday morning, with no one answering a phone number they had posted. Asking a member of staff at breakfast didnt help. But when i walked into thier kitchen, they quickly returned the passport. I had paid in advance. I wonder why they took my passport if they were unable to return it?

We really enjoyed stay at this hotel. The room for 4 was great, very spacious, comfortable, with equipped kitchen and balcony. Personnel and their service was really helpful and nice. Breakfast is just amazing, offering many delicious options. You can also use sauna for free! Very recommended!

L'accoglienza del personale e i servizi della struttura, in particolare il deposito per le bici... La sua buona posizione rispetto alla mia metà principale che era Canazei. Non si può dire che è a due passi dal centro ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile. Per i ciclisti come me TOP

Bagno in camera a parte che è nuovissimo per il resto arredamenti e un po' datati e seppur l'impressione era di pulito troppi tappeti e moquette per i miei gusti ma so che è un po' lo stile in generale di questi luoghi... Non ho potuto parcheggiare l'auto in garage, che è al piano terra, perché a GPL e questo è strano perché so che è vietato nei garage interrati.... comunque negli spazi esterni di pertinenza dell'albergo non ho avuto problemi a parcheggiare.
