muy buen lugar para descansar, posee varias playas son pequeñas pero bastantes tranquilas, tienen sillas para estar en la playa y poder descansar, la comida del buffet muy buena.

mejorar el tema de limpieza de las piscinas, una de ellas estaba presentando suciedad en las paredes.

Die Lage ist wunderbar. Es gibt verschiedene Strandbuchten zum Schnorcheln oder mit Sand. Die gesamte Gartenanlage ist paradiesisch und die Hütten bieten Privatssphäre und Comfort. Ein eigener Tierpark ist auch vorhanden. Die Anlage an sich ist autofrei und die Gäste werden mit Golfcarts im riesigen Areal transportiert. Wir hatten nur Frühstück, das war sehr lecker und der Service war sehr gut. Cafe wurde für jeden Gast von einer sehr netten Dame frisch und lecker zubereitet. Insgesamt ist die Hardware der Anlage prima, aber...

Wie schon gesagt die Anlage ist ein Juwel, aber gerade im Service gibt es noch Luft nach oben. Die Wassergymnastik aus dem Animationsprogramm fand einfach nicht statt, angeblich kurzerhand woanders, dort dann aber auch nicht. Unser Cottage hätte besser gereinigt sein können, sowie einfach ohne Nachfrage Klopapier, usw. Wir waren in der Vorsaison, da hat das mit den Golfcarts halbwegs geklappt, manchmal waren sie so voll, dass man auf den nächsten ODER übernächsten warten musste. Für uns nicht so das Problem, im Sommer bei Vollbelegung muss die Taktzahl aber dringend erhöht werden. Das Angestellte sich auch rumkutschen lassen und die Gäste stehen bleiben, macht kein gutes Bild. Beim Personal, gibt es solche und solche. Fernsehen geht ausschließlich auf italienisch..Bei diesem sehr internationalen Publikum etwas merkwürdig.

The views here were absolutely spectacular a very very beautiful resort. We arrived for our honeymoon and were met with fantastic staff and a very warm welcome. We even received a bottle of wine and a fruit platter as it was a special occasion. The room itself was clean, spacious and beautiful. The housekeeping was very thorough although they did attempt a second clean throughout the day so maybe was miscommunication between the staff on that one. The food itself was very tasty and the pools were beautiful looking.

Sadly for a luxury resort our stay didn’t feel entirely luxurious. First of all our spa experience wasn’t the greatest. Although my wife enjoyed the massage itself the spa pool felt very dirty and unkept. We didn’t feel entirely comfortable swimming in it and the hot tubs although again somewhat nice had broken tiles on the seating giving off another feeling of untidiness and unmaintained. The food although tasty was absolutely extortionate. It really didn’t feel like we were getting food worth the price we were paying and one restaurant even told us most drinks would be an additional charge to the already massive bill. This resulted in us on occasion trying to resort to cheaper lunchtime options but were told that food had run out. Not to be overly picky or even snobby here but the price you pay to stay here would make you feel that you could order and have whatever you wanted on the lunchtime menu. To be told food had run out seemed a bit unfair to me. Sadly also three of the waiters in one of the restaurants didn’t smell very hygienic I am very sorry to say. One waiter was so bad me and my wife moved seats across the restaurant as it put us off our meals.
