We had such a great time here! The whole area is surrounded by green gardens and sea views, and our kids loved seeing the animals in the park. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and there was always something fun to do.
If I have to mention one small thing, the little sparrows that came to pick up breadcrumbs at breakfast were a bit too friendly, but they made everyone smile!

The location and hotel it’s beautiful, but a lot unfortunately the staff still need to study a lot how to work with the guest..
Tv not was working they say that they changed a operator and for 3 years they have this problem and when we ask this they look to us like,, what u don’t have tv at home u came here to see tv..” all Staff it’s really not competent for working with people… everything what we ask almost the response it’s was ,,no” so many ,,No” I never hear in others hotels 🤦♀️
