Great entertainment, friendly staff! Beautiful resort! The shuttle bus driver Antonello was very pleasant and great to chat with each morning when we took the shuttle to various locations on the resort. Our cleaner Esther spoke perfect English and made sure we had everything we needed each morning, Andrea was amazing, he made our trip very fun with involving myself and my children in all the entertainment. Swimming pool by reception was perfect for my kids aged 4 and 8, very shallow and easy for play.

There’s a small field with about 5 donkey/mules, they aren’t free roaming like the smaller Sardinian donkeys, they desperately need their feet hooves trimmed! If you aren’t half board/all inclusive the restaurants are very expensive. Little English spoken, I actually recommended our cleaner Esther to the receptionist as a representative for English customers. Although there wasn’t much English amount the staff (except reception) I feel like the entertainers did try their best to inform us during events.

The resort is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. There are so many activities available, from relaxing by the pool to fitness classes, yoga, and tennis, so there is always something to do. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The property was clean, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff always went above and beyond to assist us. We truly loved our time here.

The beaches were not my favorite because they are quite rocky, so I would highly recommend bringing water shoes to make walking into the water more comfortable. I also found it a little inconvenient that payments throughout the resort could only be made by card, as cash was not accepted. Additionally, communication could sometimes be challenging because English was limited among some staff members.

The staff was helpful and friendly, tried their best to accommodate. The room we got after complaining was better and more like in the pictures, we even had a terrace/balcony which was nice. The territory is quite huge, but we loved getting on the Boboi bus and the beaches were great.

We got a completely different room than we booked - dark, damp and with a strong smell of chlorine whilst on Booking.com it showed a spacious, airy, light room. After we contacted the reception we had to wait 3 hours for a different room after a long hike all tired and without showering which wasn't pleasant. There is also a big wasp problem during the breakfast buffet, they are swarming around the food stalls and the tables, but there's probably not much that can be done, so just be aware of that:)
