It was close to the metro, breakfast was good every morning and the bed was very comfortable

It was comfortable, easy and accommodating.

We arrived a bit early from our flight from Mauritius but the staff made it possible to check in and get us to our room early, and they did it with a smile! Was very much appreciated.

We found the room quite hot and could not adjust the temp. But otherwise no issues!

satisfactory but somewhat disappointing as I would expect more from Marriot (the brand name)

I liked that the rooms were clean and spacious and sheet were nice

service was lacking. Communication wasn't great and the water cooler wasn't working well. Also, it should be communicated somehow that water needs to be topped up on our own. Perhaps on a note on the table or something.

Spacious and cozy room

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Perfect for a retreat after a day of meetings. The hotel seems to be newly renovated so there's some paint smell in the hallway. I also appreciate the female staff who addressed my concern regarding the door to the adjoining room. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Reasonable accommodation but don’t expect anyone go out of their way for you

Location and reasonable value for money.

The way the staff packed breakfast away when guests were trying to still eat and have coffee. Extended breakfast hours are needed on the weekends. Say 8-11.am would be good.

Renovations are currently going on, and sounded like some one was sanding the ceiling directly below us, starting at 0830 Saturday morning. Apparently breakfast is the time that is best to clean and hover that area. Staff were cold one was outright rude and saw them shout at another guest who was apparently waiting for eggs. And saw them give up waiting in the end. After being told gluten free options were available before arrival. When requested the gluten free rolls arrived still frozen. When this was highlighted they were dumped on the side and nothing futher was done. So we also gave up on the option of bread too.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I was staying with my 6 year old son and I felt safe staying here with him.

The only very small gripe was they didn’t have English breakfast tea at breakfast time.

Booked parking, arrived and it was full, told to "drive about until you find somewhere" .... Not so professional really.

The services were pretty bad.

Wifi was fast and stable, cleanliness was on the level you would expect, one of the receptionist was great - Benoit Arnaud - he cleaned our laundry since the hotel service was closed (but still offered by the hotel).

No US -> EU adapter, poor fitness room, poor breakfast - choice very limited, no sausage just bacon, almost no fruit, I would rate this poor even for 3* hotel. When I ordered a sandwich the staff touched it with his hands, no gloves, no hygiene. Very disappointed.

we stayed there for 2 nights and I do not recommend it. the receptionist looked important and it seemed to me that he was so lazy that he didn't even want to do check in for us. we came to the room, there was blood all over the carpet from the bathroom, the carpet was burned by the ironing machind , someone put the ironing machine straight on the carpet. the maid was knocking like crazy at 9:30 in the morning when I opened the door and told her to come later to clean, she literally rolled her eyes when I saw it, I rather told her that she didn't have to walk cleaning our room. I do not recommend this hotel, I do not understand how this hotel can have such a rating.

There was mold In the bathroom, the bathub was destroyed , the carpet was covered In blood , the carpet was burnt from the ironing machine , access and communication of personnel ,etc.

A fine place to stay convenient to the metro and stade de france.

For us the location was perfect as we came for a concert at Stade de France. Also 2min walk to metro so easy to get into town. Staff did their best to be helpful. Room was fine, very comfortable bed. We were also in a quiet location on the third floor. Aircon worked perfectly (don’t understand the complaints about aircon on the reviews)

In our room the toilet flush knob was broken off. it still worked but this is just basic stuff that absolutely should be fixed. Breakfast at €19 per person should be 100% but on Monday morning a few basics were missing - fresh brown bread, jam. We were not super late to breakfast but there were also no cutlery available. I understand it was busy though and that the staff were doing their best.

Exceptional

Lovely clean hotel and the rooms were bigger than most in Paris. The facilities were good and all the staff we met were very helpful and nice. The night staff were exceptionally helpful and served us drink after the concert.

The location isn't that good .We were there for a concert at Stade de France which we walked to ,however the surrounding area was a bit dodgy late at night.

Good Marriot quality, clean, has restaurant on site for breakfast, lunch and dinner of good quality. Very kind staff.

it's quite far from tourist attractions in Paris. takes almost 1 hour to the Eiffel Tower, or Notre Dame in week day traffic and taxis charge quite a bit. The surroundings of the hotel, although safe, are not tourist oriented, think of an industrial park. if a jogger, do so only 1-2 blocks around or you'll find an ugly area before getting to the nicer Paris. However, if wanting good accommodations for fair price or using points, this hotel is it. (don't forget the taxi expense back an forth)
