The hotel is well located in Granada, with a nearby car park available for approximately €17 per day. The room was clean, had all the basic amenities, and the beds were comfortable. However, there were no international TV channels available in the room.
Breakfast experience
The attitude of one member of the breakfast staff was unacceptable. Exactly at 10:00 a.m. (the official end of service), he switched off the juice and coffee machines, preventing guests from having refills, while immediately starting to clean tables and remove food.
A few minutes later, he was audibly sighing and huffing in the dining area, repeatedly checking his watch and giving guests disapproving looks while they were still finishing their breakfast.
As a result of this experience, we decided not to purchase breakfast at the hotel anymore and chose to spend our money elsewhere. This behavior is unacceptable for any hospitality establishment, particularly one that presents itself as a four-star hotel—a standard which, in our view, this property does not truly meet.
