Great hotel, easy access to the town and ski slopes.

Our rooms were clean and spacious. Food at breakfast and dinner very good. Communal areas were comfortable and wellness spa a nice treat. Shuttle to and from the gondola made getting to ski area easy.

The rooms were very hit and we couldn’t turn the heating down. Having windows open meant road noise.

The property is in a great location

The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. This was our second stay in two years and it seems to have changed standards. Last year we enjoyed hot chocolates and biscuits every day after skiing, but we were told this year they couldn’t supply this because a bar staff member had resigned. Very little support was given when a room of 4 very drunk adults were screaming and throwing objects in their room late into the night, keeping us and our children awake. A member of reception staff actually admitted she was kept awake by them because she was staying on the same floor, but did nothing to resolve it.

The food. Very good catering for gluten free. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Very hot rooms even with heating turned off. Very loud - from the road but also from other guests.

Absolutely great!! 😊

Everything was very nice breakfast with so many options from the savory to the sweet. Dinner in the half board was very pleasant! There was always fish in the menu and I appreciated a lot! Besides all the stuff was very kind and helpful, Lavinia and Daniela always smiling and ready to support! We’ll come back for sure! 😎

If I have to say something, it’s the heating! The room was extremely hot 🥵 … however my hubby was happy about this , less myself and my daughter.

We booked and paid for five nights and we only slept there 2 nights, we found a much better and cheaper hotel and we end

An off-season gem, perfect if you're driving from the UK to Italy. Friendly staff, beautiful scenery

Staff were incredibly friendly and were great with our dogs. Because we booked last minute and were staying at the end of the ski season we were upgraded to a bigger room. We had lovely drinks and on the terrace and dinner at the restaurant was unexpectedly fancy! Highly recommend the breakfast too.

Nothing. I wish we'd had longer to stay so we could have used the spa facilities.

Charming stay near the center of Courmayeur

It was very close to the center. the place has a very charming appeal, specially the lobby and open spaces for people to sit and enjoy the view. Room was spacious, beds comfortable.

Breakfast was not that great. in our room, the phone was broken and the balcony was a bit dirty

fabulous staff, great lft service for the piste but the bar area was a bit soulless and we were badly disturbed by a lar

it was a short walk into town and had excellent staff pool table modern bathrooms

the noise from the road the fire in the lounge was never lit no heaters in the outside seating area having to pay extra to use the spa breakfast choice- no bananas for skiers!

Reasonably priced hotel, right on the centre of Courmayeur

Breakfast was great. Everything was clean. Fast check-in and check-out process. 2 minutes walking away from Courmayeur centre. Room was comfortable and clean.

At breakfast, employee sometimes were looking into phone, they could do it away from sight. Bath tube tap had an issue, don't know how it escaped the cleaning personnel. If you are on foot, it is rather hard to find the place - some signs might help.
