Excellent stay, great location, great room

Amazing staff, super friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely, very clean and good size. Breakfast was great and included with the room. Shuttle service was very useful to get to the mountain. “Living room” on the property was a great place to hang out and very comfortable (with wood burning fireplace). WiFi was reasonably fast to take Teams calls. Other guests were lovely as well.

A very friendly family hotel.

The staff was amazingly friendly and the happy hour in the afternoon was good fun, generous in servings and very well priced. The bus shuttle to and from the lift was very convenient.

It would have been nice to have a kettle, cups and glasses in the room. We asked but unfortunately it wasn't provided.

Great location, nice staff, roomy balcony, great breakfast.

Rooms all fine but perhaps a bit tired for the price. Coffee served is instant but you can request an espresso at breakfast.

Comfortable and functional well located simple hotel with very warm welcome.

Amazing reception from the hotel staff - more energy than the cable car engines! Always on hand to help with local info. Location is great - very close to the end of the pedestrian street, restaurants and shops all on hand, including a useful Carrefour. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms clean, beds firm and views spectacular. Plenty of parking space too and a school playground opposite is availble for energetic little ones.

The little things done exceptionally well.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was outstanding. In addition, the complimentary ski bus was unexpected but very welcome.

when we arrived. they literally welcome us with an open arms. make us feel like were home. i told them that it was my birthday. and ask if they can give me a room with a great view. and they gave me a free upgrade into a room that really has a great view of the mountain. they were also very helpful with everything we asked. they will not just tell you things. they will literally explain everything which gave us more information about what to do around their hotel. they always greet you with a smile and enthusiasm. and they keep greeting me the whole day of my birthday. makes me feel like their family. their hotel was so nice. their lobby makes me feel relax. in front of their chimney. makes me feel back to the old times.. highly recommended...😁😁😁

Perfect place to relax and stay on the TMB

Wonderful hotel on the TMB and in a very central location just off the pedestrian zone. Friendly welcome and efficient service from Lorenza and her team. Room spotless and spacious with the best shower we've had on this trip. Breakfast buffet excellent. The piece de resistance was the garden - a fab place to relax, sunbathe and have a drink. Hope to be back again soon for hiking or skiing!

Viva Lorenza

Everything was amazing. Lorenza our hostess was so friendly and accomodating. Gave us useful tips like pre paying for bus tickets at half price. Breakfast excellent variety. About 200 meters from the bus station and a handful of restaurants.. Lovely garden to relax in with a pre dinner drink.

Great service, comfortable hotel

We stayed at Hotel Crampon on our way to another Italian city as it was getting late. They said there was no problem checking-in late 10:30 pm and even found us a restaurant where we could go and have dinner. The hotel is well located in Courmayeur, almost on the way of the autostrada. No big détour is needed and they have a parking.

Hotel Crampon was a huge uplift after our tough backpacking trek, you will be well refreshed here!

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to help us wash all our laundry after backpacking the Tour du Mont Blanc and package up the complementary breakfast in advance since we had to leave early the next morning. We even had to catch a bus the next morning and the guy working the night shift took the same bus, walking with us to the stop and ensuring we caught the right bus and were able to pay and everything. Above and beyond service!

It was really hot when we stayed there and a little hard to cool down the room. However the hotel staff gave us lots of instructions ahead of time of ways to try and cool down by opening windows.
