Personalul din restaurant super profesionist si atent. Mancarea buna. Lenjeria si prosoapele impecabile si pernele bune. Distanta fata de centru ne-a permis sa ajungem in 25 de min la Castel dar si la Podul Carol si Turnul cu ceas. Personalul de la receptie politicos.

Presiunea slaba la apa la camera 414. Lipsa produselor de toaleta. Pentru 3 nopti, 2 persoane am primit un sapunel de 5 g, 1 doza de sampon de 10 ml si una de gel de dus. Praful de pe mobilier era la el acasa iar pe jos erau fire de par si margelute care nu au fost maturate in zilele urmatoare. Lumina cu senzor se stingea usor. Fiind scunda m-am trezit deseori in bezna. Wc-ul separat de dus dar fara chiuveta, practic te stergeai si puneai mana pe doua clante sa ajungi sa te speli pe maini. Nu mai revenim

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. The hotel is located 20 minutes walk from the city centre but a bolt costs 4-5€ so for a few days it was okay.. for a longer stay it would become expensive.

We arrived right on time for our check in and the room was ready so we checked in with no problem. According to booking there is a parking lot in the hotel although we were informed during our check in that it was full and I had to make a reservation for a slot during my reservation.. therefore we had to drive 5 minutes, walk 20 minutes back and pay for a garage a bit far away.. The room was extremely small you could barely walk around the bed without bumping on the furniture. The bed had two mattresses one of which was really uncomfortable and even though we shifted it , it remained uncomfortable. On the shower the rinser was attached to the wall so if you want let’s say to wash your legs or only your body it gets a bit uncomfortable. Also the toilet was so sort on space that if you’re a bit bigger you can barely sit and move.

The hotel's location is very good. The room is small, but suitable for a couple of days' stay. Overall, it had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, and the room was clean. The only downsides were the inconvenient electrical outlets—there were only a couple in awkward locations. There were no slippers.

Basic

The shower was a disaster — there was almost no water pressure at all. It was extremely disappointing and impossible to properly take a shower. Because of this, we had to book recreational activities at the Hilton just so we could use a decent shower. This was very inconvenient and not the experience we expected. We had 4 rooms none of them had good shower.
