The staff is very helpful and write hospitality in capital letters. We stayed here before and asked for a specific room and they made it happen. Also the dogs were allowed in the restaurant during breakfast and diner.
Parking is a bit of an issue, but they offer underground parking for a fee.

We wanted to change to another room as it was very warm under the roof and we got a very nice alternative room. Great breakfast

It was okay. For the price I expected a little more upscale. There was no receptionist when we arrived, the room was not clean and the restaurant closed unexpectedly.
No staff, rooms dirty and restaurant closing unexpectedly.
